There’s something about training with the same equipment you’ll see on race day that brings back all the feels. ✨

And just like that, we’re 17 days out from Hyrox Tampa!

Today was my first time training in the PUMA Deviate NITRO 4 Hyrox and my first time in a plated shoe and I think I may have found my new race day shoes. 😬

Hyrox Salt Lake City Recap✨

Every race isn’t a PR, but every race is an opportunity to get 1% better. 🤩

Taking the lessons from this one, making the adjustments, and bringing them into the next training block. The goal is always progress, not perfection. 🫶🏾

ALREADY looking forward to the next one! 🔥

Had the opportunity to coach a HYROX Class at @allinspiredfit and the energy in that room was INSANE! The work was tough, the vibes were high, and everybody showed up ready to push.

Big shoutout to @_chardon for putting this event together and letting me be a part of it. And shoutout to EVERYONE who came out and crushed it!

Until the next one… we’re just getting started. 💪🏾 by @_chardon

Fueling the hybrid athlete ⚡️

Just unboxed my #athletefuelingpacks from @thefeed and it came loaded with so many things I've wanted to try out!!

The goal is to train hard but how you fuel the body is just as important!

Testing out these products and seeing which one earns a spot in my carry on will be fun part ✨🤩

Use the link in my bio to get 40% off your first order with The Feed and let’s see how much more we can accomplish together when we fuel the work 🫶🏾
