8km-10km Wayne held my hand because I wanted to slow down but we were on for a sub 1 hour finish which was my goal 🫶!!
@wayne.burrows.1990 you’re the best 😍 zero chance of me managing that by myself! But also well done me because if anyone had said at the start of the year I’d run and (mostly) enjoy 10km never mind sign up to an official 10km I’d have assumed they’d lost the plot 😂!!

I ran 9km and (despite how it looks) I didn’t hate it all 🥳. And that’s enough of a reason to post a photo with my #1 supporter and running coach 😂😍…
