Wisdom begins with the end in mind.

These past three weeks have truly been such a blessing. Getting to know 18 new people that have become some of my best friends in such a short time has been amazing. Getting to serve three weeks of woodlands camp between food and trash runs was difficult in the way we pushed our bodies to the physical, mental and spiritual limit but rewarding because we serve for a greater purpose that is bigger than ourselves. Getting to get poured into through sessions, huddles, and 1 on 1’s were truly life changing. Thank you to woodlands for this UNFORGETTABLE opportunity.

“the twenty-four elders fall down before him who is seated on the throne and worship him who lives forever and ever. They cast their crowns before the throne, saying, “Worthy are you, our Lord and God, to receive glory and honor and power, for you created all things, and by your will they existed and were created.””

what a week. words cannot describe how much this trip meant me. 20 pictures isn’t enough to truly express my gratitude for this group and these kids. the move of God that is happening in São Paulo is indescribable. these kids truly had a passion for the Lord. i’m so grateful to have been able to come on this trip and experience the wonderful camp: Vinde Meninos.

during this week, our group got the privilege to serve the kids and teach them about Jesus. i personally got to share my testimony and preach a devotional this week. i am so thankful for the opportunity to spread the love of Jesus to these kids. got to play a LOT of soccer and even teach jiu jitsu.

overall, i am so thankful for the new friendships i made through our campus diverse group, which 5 12Stone campuses were represented. thank you again to everyone that donated toward this which allowed me to be a light to these children in São Paulo. thank you for all of the prayers that were lifted up for this trip, we truly saw God work in and through our group

whether you realize it or not, prayer is powerful. this trip has taught me that prayer is a battle horn declaring victory over any situation. prayer was a key component in our group, whether it was before testimonies/devos for this kids, over each other, during home visits, or over the children, prayer was our go-to. i was truly shown this week of the power of prayer through my group, the Vinde staff, and the children of Vinde Meninos.

in all circumstances, pray, and God’s will is done
