Xiarra Diamond never stopped being the fan. She just learned how to turn belief into a strategy.

She started as an A$AP Mob fan with a fan page, a YouTube channel, and a camera she didn’t know how to use. Today she’s the SVP running hip-hop and R&B marketing at Republic, behind Metro Boomin, Pop Smoke, and some of the biggest rollouts in the culture.

Fan page → YouTube → temp assistant → SVP at Republic Records. Providing value at every popular and turning point.

Episode #5 of Women Behind The Scenes Series were highlighting Dem @11thand.co Girls! Ebonie Ward ( @ebsdaboss )built the first all-Black-owned and operated management group in music history. Future, Gunna, Flo Milli, DDG. Names everybody knows.

But nobody builds something this big alone.

A first hire in 2013 who became her right hand. A friendship with a DJ that turned into a sisterhood — now leading A&R for their own label. A stylist she met on a shoot in 2016 who now shapes the visual identity for every artist on the roster. A CFO who promised her “get it together and call me” — and moved cities to keep that promise. A lawyer who’s stood in front of every obstacle since day one.

Different lanes. Never traditionally in the same room. Now running an empire together.

And it doesn’t stop at the deals — through A Seat at the Table, they send 11 girls to HBCUs every single year, tuition paid, so the next generation gets a seat too.

Nobody hands you a table like this. You build it. Then you make sure it’s big enough for everybody who’s coming next.
