When met with this look, the kind that pierces through any fortress you’ve tried to build around your heart, there is no other option than to surrender into it, fully and willingly.

I am so grateful to be chosen by you on a daily basis, @alsunandmoon . You are the light of the Sun that illuminates my darkest Moon, enabling me to radiate that light back out, amplified exponentially.
•
Nova Scotia has been such an incredible discovery, from bathing in the cold waters of the Atlantic Ocean for the first time as an adult, to having an off-grid cabin to ourselves for three beautiful days, to getting gifted two ducks for us to initiate each other in the art of taking meat (and wings, feet and skulls as Sacred Pieces), and so many more experiences.
•

Change happens one leaf at a time. It’s time for you to let go to let in what the Autumnal Portal has in store for you.

That thing you’ve been holding onto? Let it go. Those old clothes you keep thinking you’ll wear but know will never feel the same in them? Let it go.
•
As I surrender into these processes of shedding and releasing, I see more and more how the rhythms dictated by the seasons are such a blessing to those of us on more Northern Latitudes. That which I once feared, I now seek out to make peace with.
•

In recent years, after the frivolity and rambunctious nature of the Summer Festival Tours I once embarked on, I would find myself questioning the meaning of my existence come Autumn-Time.
•
Spooky Season meant the end of that chapter, and I would ask myself what the fuck am I doing with my life, after emptying my coffers in devotion to the art I was making that usually took the form of Stages for Music Festivals, in which the yield was generally “in the red,” in accounting lingo.
•
However, this year is absolutely different. I am welcoming the time of “Hoa Hoa Hoa” (Eyes on Fire, by Blue Foundation) with absolute open arms, because the magnetic pull from my inner compass is the strongest it’s ever been.
•
I’m now almost two months clean from my ❄️ addiction which came to a peak this summer, and I’m
finding myself obtaining opportunities that my former self was working so hard to reach for. The ever-flowing abundance to achieve my dreams is within my grasp, I need only reach for it.
•
And above all, my inner compass points toward the future with the woman of my dreams, the love of my life, the one and only @alsunandmoon , with whom the most mystical and magical of Futures awaits.
•
Here’s to the falling leaves, connoting the changes in my life I’m making to ensure the path I’m walking on is built on a solid foundation: of sobriety, of clear mind, of healthy body, and Strong Spirit. by @_chat.cha_

Buckminster Fuller would be proud!
•
With @nestdome and second-in-command @sirosis.the.plague I’m now part of the Nest Immersion family, building domes for 360° projections in crazy places.
•
This three day contract had us working 12 hours a day to bring it from Zero to Dome, in a swanky place in Chelsea QC. It is a permanent installation, with two layers of insulation and climate-controlled so the spa-goers can be warm and cozy while being immersed in crazy projections.
•
These geometries have always fascinated me, and though its very hard work, the satisfaction of hitting the Domension is rewarding.
•

How was your sunset this evening?

Between some drizzle while I was doing the final touches sealing the exterior of the 24ft dome we (@sirosis.the.plague and @nestdome ) made this weekend, and the moment presented itself to experience this slice of absolute magic. by @_chat.cha_

More limbing and cleanup on this Norway Maple in the backyard, this time up there I decided to test my abilities of being in bizarre positions to new levels, experimenting with the feeling of feeling secure in my systems while hanging fully from my harness and rigging points.
•
I managed to make do with the equipment I have available, but I see what I need to obtain in order to take this work to the next level.
•

The Autumnal Equinox ritual I’ve always wanted, but never created for myself.
•
The passing of the Flame of Summer into the Ice of Winter has statistically been a difficult time for me, and especially last summer’s trauma made my desire to escape from it all, all the more real.
•
But as another cycle around the Sun has brought me this much further in Life, I feel myself cultivating tools that will help ease this transition with less of a drop into the feeling of being depressed, and more of an easing into a time of deep rest.
•

I’ve been around trees my whole life, loving Wood and everything I can do with it since a young age.
•
It’s been several years that I’ve been cutting down trees, on the sly and on the side, but maybe it’s time to let myself and my chainsaw collection be for hire, for the right people and the right job. I have a ridiculous amount of gear to handle most tree-like situations.

I did some work for my favourite client (myself) on the ‘24 Tundra lovingly named Kārasū (Raven in Japanese)
•
Custom painted front bumper upgrade, Fang lights and Horse-skull inner lighting. Taking apart his face was quite an experience, showing me more and more when I commit my energy to something, I can do it proper.
•

Reconnecting to the Weaving of Sacred Compositions.
•
@alsunandmoon you have reignited the flame that was barely a burning ember, forgotten in me for too long. I now remember the importance of having an altar, and the energy it brings.
•
We made this together on our final night in the wild, and even if just for one night we put in the effort to make it what it was meant to be, and make a nest of sheepskin in front of it.
•
The intentional way I see you move through life inspires me to be more aware of moments in which I am not, and your attention to the Subtle gives me new ears with which to hear it.
•
Here’s to the next opportunity for us to weave the Altar which will be the Guardian and Purifier of the next wild place we inhabit. by @_chat.cha_
