I cried.. Chef Claudette, 🙏 Your words of encouragement and affirmations are exactly what I didn’t know I needed or how much it would mean to me especially coming from a fellow Chingona! What did it really is when you said “Stop trying to humble yourself when life does that to us so much already”. Boom, the floor began to shift beneath me. Sourcing these ingredients were quite the challenge over the weekend. Very unique molè. Though it is not thick, pairs beautifully with chicken, rabbit, chayote, green beans, fish, pork rinds, lobster, tamales, hochoyotes or just as a soup.

Mama stepped out to see the boys! This was a time 🤩 nvm the terrible quality lol I didn’t want my phone out. I had so much fun! Ended w some bomb ass tacos mmm miss the tacos in LA they just hit different..
