POSTS STORIES REELS

The MAJORITY of people I talk to internalize these beliefs. They aren't always explicitly stated, but they are in the culture and in the behavior of people teaching.

You HAVE TO unlearn these to feel in control of your career. These lead to comparison, feeling 'Not good enough,' self-judgment, and hustle.

Learn what it takes to be in the drivers seat and what mindsets really move your career forward in my workshop: Run Your Music Career Like a Business

Type "business" in the comments and I'll DM you more info on this.

Today’s piece: Gaubert’s Sonata No. 1

I’ve never performed this piece, but it’s just so pretty 😍

To be clear, I don’t think there was anything wrong with the joke that was made and there’s nothing wrong with looking pregnant ever. This is all a reflection on how uncomfortable the act of letting my stomach expand used to make me.

This has been something I’ve thought about for a long long time. I feel like in many ways I’m fighting my conditioning, but we all are in some regard I think.

My fear of posting videos or putting myself out there because I felt shame about how I looked is actually tragic. How much art are we losing out on because of this deep social conditioning…

You DESERVE to know how to handle the mental/emotional side of this career too…

If you feel tired of trying, feel like you can’t fully commit to things, or perpetually think you’re not “good enough” — this class is for you.

Comment “workshop” or link in bio for the info :)

Honestly, there’s a lot of conflicting information…

How do we manage all of it? What do we do?

Nobody gives us tools to handle the human parts of being in music (which, let’s be honest, is super difficult!)

Comment “workshop” and I’ll DM you a link (well, robot-Chelsea will 🤖💁🏻‍♀️)

As musicians, we have to put ourselves out there time after time. Whether you’re putting yourself out there for the 3rd or 300th time, this workshop is for you.

Everyone says to “throw yourself into the fire” 🔥 but without a plan, you’re just shocking your nervous system without a path to find your way back.

We gotta be strategic about how we put ourselves out there and how we handle the results. This is what sustains careers.

This is what I’m talking about in my workshop on the 30th at Noon Pacific time. (You’ll get the replay after)

Join me! And we will design a plan for you to get out of feeling stuck and into action.

Comment “workshop” and I’ll send ya a DM with the link 🔗

Negative thinking is super normal, but how we respond to it is what makes the difference…

You have no idea who is watching (but in the best way possible). Post the video. Book the recital. Water the seeds you plant.

Coaching and teaching are wildly different modes in my mind, but there are so many things that I have learned from my coach trainings.
