I hosted the biggest ChloeInspires Coaching retreat yet in May… and I’m still processing how magical it was 💫

It was honestly everything I dreamed of and more… and when I say dreamed I mean it✨🦋.

Years ago, when I was struggling with anorexia, I never imagined a life like this!
But recovery didn’t just give me my health back — it gave me purpose.❤️ it gave me a mission- And that mission is helping other women realise they are so much more than the stories they’ve been told.🙏🏼✨

Witnessing women step into their power is exactly why I do what I do!💛 i am So excited for the future of ChloeInspires Coaching🙌🏻. This is only just the beginning 🥳✨.

If you’re on a healing or weight loss/fitness journey… this is your reminder: never give up.❤️‍🩹

THIS is exactly why I coach the way I do. 🥹🩷

I received this voice note from one of my lovely clients, and it genuinely meant so much to me.
As a mum myself, I know firsthand that life doesn’t always go to plan.🙏🏼

There are sleepless nights, poorly children, work deadlines, meals eaten on the go and days when you barely get a minute to yourself.🫠

And that’s exactly why my coaching is built around REAL LIFE. Not the other way around.

Because what’s the point of a fat loss plan that only works when everything is perfect?

I don’t expect my clients to train 5 days a week, eat perfectly or put their lives on hold to reach their goals.

I want to teach women how to make progress WITH the chaos of everyday life.

And this particular client? She’s doing AMAZINGLY herself. 👏🏼 She’s shown up, put the work in, adapted when life has thrown challenges her way and proved that consistency doesn’t mean perfection.

That’s what sustainable fat loss looks like.🫶🏻

If you’re a busy woman or mum who’s tired of feeling like you have to choose between looking after yourself and looking after everyone else, I want you to know that you CAN do both.🙌🏻♥️

✨ I’m currently welcoming new women into Chloeinspires Coaching.🎉

SHE LOST 9.5KG WITHOUT TRACKING A SINGLE CALORIE! 🤯👏🏼

Meet my lovely client Harriet, who is proof that you DON’T need to obsess over calories, cut out your favourite foods or put your social life on hold to lose weight!

9.5kg (20.5lbs) down AND 34.5cm lost! 😍

But the best part? It’s everything she’s gained along the way…

❤️ More confidence in her body than ever before
❤️ Dropped from a size 12 to a size 10 in jeans
❤️ Better sleep, clearer skin and healthier habits
❤️ Enjoying holidays WITHOUT food guilt
❤️ A completely different relationship with food and exercise

And she achieved ALL of this without tracking calories!

Now, that doesn’t mean calories don’t matter for fat loss (they absolutely do!). But it DOES mean you don’t necessarily need to count every single one to achieve results.

Instead, we focused on building sustainable habits, understanding nutrition, recipes designed to suit her intake and preferences and making better choices and creating a lifestyle that worked around HER life.🎉

✖️No restrictive diets.
✖️No missing out on social occasions.
✖️No starting over every Monday.

Just consistency, education, support and a personalised approach. ❤️

Because what’s the point in losing weight if you can’t actually maintain it?

I’m SO proud of Harriet, not just for her physical transformation, but for the mindset she’s developed along the way.

And if you’re reading this thinking you’ve tried every diet going, maybe it’s time to stop looking for another quick fix and start learning how to make fat loss work for YOU.

❌ When Lisa came to me she’d tried everything: quick fixes, fad diets, you name it but nothing worked long-term.

❌ Being crew made it even harder: constant travel, irregular schedules, plane food, and no real guidance on how to fuel her body properly.

Lisa is proof that you can have results, balance, and a life you enjoy 💪

3.5 stone / 22.2kg / 49lbs lost… but that’s genuinely not the part of this transformation I’m most proud of. 🥹🩷

When she first came to me, she was struggling with binge eating, an all-or-nothing relationship with food and fear around certain foods — particularly carbs.
And on top of that? She’s a night shift worker.

So we weren’t working with the “perfect” routine of breakfast at 8am, lunch at 1pm, dinner at 7pm and bed by 10pm 😂

We had to make fat loss work around HER life.

18 months later, she’s 3.5 stone down, stronger, hitting PBs in the gym and running, navigating night shifts, meals out and real life…

But most importantly, her relationship with food has completely changed.

One of my favourite things she told me was:
“Now I don’t see food as an enemy but as an ally which fuelled me to hit PBs at the gym and at running.”
THIS. 👏🏼

She went from being scared of eating carbs at night to eating spaghetti bolognese for dinner and wondering how she ever lived with that fear.

Because sustainable fat loss isn’t about creating a perfectly controlled life.

It’s learning how to navigate YOUR life — night shifts, holidays, meals out, busy weeks and everything in between — without constantly falling back into bingeing, restricting and “starting again Monday.”

The 49lbs is incredible.

But the food freedom, confidence, strength and knowledge she’s walking away with?

That’s the transformation. 🩷

These are the women inside Chloe Inspires Coaching sharing THEIR experiences - and hearing them talk about how much their journeys have changed reminds me just WHY I do my job!

Because coaching isn’t just about losing weight.🙏🏼

👉It’s about finally understanding nutrition instead of constantly dieting.
👉Getting stronger and feeling confident in your body.
👉Breaking the all-or-nothing cycle.
👉Being able to enjoy meals out, holidays and weekends without guilt.
👉And building habits that actually fit around your REAL life - so you don’t have to keep starting again.

I could tell you all day what makes our coaching different, but I think our clients say it better than I ever could. 🥹❤️

When Robyn came to me, she was struggling with binge eating and her relationship with food.

Like so many women I coach, she didn’t need another diet telling her to eat less, cut everything out and rely on willpower.

She needed to learn how to lose weight without repeating the same binge → restrict → guilt → start again cycle.

And THAT is what we worked on.

Yes, she lost 22lbs / 1.7 stone.

But she also learnt how to eat mindfully, how to navigate meals out and social occasions, how to stop feeling guilty around food, and how to be consistent without needing to be perfect.

And perhaps the biggest win?

❌She’s maintained it.❌

Robyn left the coaching knowing she has the tools to continue without me - and for me, that’s the whole point of coaching. 🤍

I don’t want my clients dependent on me forever!

I want you to understand your nutrition, change the habits that have kept you stuck and build a lifestyle you can actually see yourself living long term.

Because losing weight is one thing.

Losing it without destroying your relationship with food , and knowing how to keep it off , is the real goal.👏🏻👏🏻

If you’re ready to stop starting over and want my support, applications for 1:1 coaching are open.
