I've been trying to journal more, but I haven't really been taking the time to sit down and write. Instead I've been recording a couple voice memos and such with some thoughts and today I wanted to share one🫣

I cut off the first half of the video but basically these are some thoughts on just personal progress, growing, and what it means to be intentionally happy? I've found myself frustrated recently with my lack of content some days, especially because I never stopped doing all the things that brought me out of the hole to begin with. Turns out it's fun to be chalant. Fun to be a lover of friends. And fun to make note of intentional acts of good when they happen. by @_chriswhiteley
