@rickeybooker24 didn’t just build a restaurant — he built a culture-powered empire. With multiple thriving locations and a reputation that speaks for itself, he revealed the real formula behind staying successful day after day. It’s bigger than the 17% of the dollar our culture controls… it’s about respecting the community that built the brand. And Mr. Rickey makes it clear: he personally goes above and beyond to make every customer feel seen, appreciated, and ready to come back again and again. This is what legacy looks like. This is what leadership sounds like. And this is why #CustomerServiceIsKey🔑 when it’s fueled by #AmazingFood. BossTalk101 — where game changers come to talk game. 🎙️🔥 by @_ckbent
