On the joyous occasion of the 91st Birthday of His Holiness the Dalai Lama, we offered a small act of compassion by releasing fish back into their natural habitat, inspired by His Holiness’ lifelong teachings of kindness, non-violence, and love for all sentient beings.

Following the compassionate path shown by Lama Kunzang Rinpoche and @jangsaanimalsavingtrust I was grateful to be joined by my friends Sajid, Loden,Shriyas, Jordan, Amina and Sukmit in this meaningful offering. May this humble act generate merit and remind us that even the smallest act of compassion can make a difference.

“Our prime purpose in this life is to help others. And if you can’t help them, at least don’t hurt them.” — His Holiness the Dalai Lama

Happy 91st Birthday to His Holiness the Dalai Lama. May your wisdom, compassion, and message of peace continue to inspire the world for many years to come. 🙏🎉 by @_cleveridiot

A privilege to introduce Zen Gorkha to the next generation.

Today, I had the opportunity to share our vision, values, and purpose with these young minds. It was inspiring to see so many children choosing combat sports at such an early age, a decision that will teach them discipline, confidence, respect, and resilience for life.
They are fortunate to grow up in a generation where quality mixed martial arts training is available right in their hometown. When we were kids, opportunities like this simply did not exist. For many of us, the only path we were encouraged to follow was to study, study, and study. Today’s generation has more choices and more opportunities to discover their passions.

My message to them was simple: work hard, stay disciplined, and pursue what truly makes you happy. Whether it is sports, academics, arts, or any other field, never stop learning and growing.
And the lessons learned on the mats will stay with them for a lifetime. by @_cleveridiot

Grateful and honored to be in the presence of Rinpoche - a reminder that without the guidance of a guru, even the strongest path can lose its direction. 🙏
Today we stand not just as a team, but as seekers rooted in discipline, unity, and service, inspired by wisdom that leads us forward.
