Running has taught me so much about my body but also about what I put in it. Check it out 🔽

We all know drinking electrolytes is good to replenish lost minerals that are important for us to our muscles healthy but did you also know,
Electrolytes also help help with:
-Nerve signaling to help your brain communicate with organs.
-pH stability by keeping bloody acidity safe.
-Fluid balance to pull in and out important mineral into your cells.
-Muscle contraction allowing squeezing and relaxation to happen.
Yup! It goes beyond just recovery.

I always run with Aquify Hydration by @lgxnds 🥤😋

You showed up. You chose YOU.

1% better than yesterday — that’s the standard.

We are a community that pushes together, grows together, and refuses to let anyone do it alone.

Different people. Same hunger. Same energy. Same mission.

Ascending x Cloudster — this is what community feels like
