I just want to give thanks to God for the opportunities He has placed in my life. Recently, I had the chance to meet Donovan Mitchell, the guard for the Cleveland Cavaliers. What a great experience! He is a fantastic person, and his incredible team.

Can you do this?

I love this warm-up drill because it doesn’t just work on your hand-eye coordination and dribble speed, you’re also competing against yourself.

The goal is to beat your previous score, improve each time, or simply become more consistent with catching the ball.

Try this fun warm-up drill and see how it can help improve your ball control and hand-eye coordination.

Downhill 1v2 🏀⬇️

A drill built around reaction, decision-making and attacking downhill with pressure.

@eeseosa._ has been putting in the work with me and the improvement every session has been clear to see. 📈

Now it’s about continuing to build, compete and prepare for the season ahead.

Looking forward to seeing what you can do at UEL this season bro! 🫡 by @_coach_mk
