🔥 DM “HERO” for the free starter plan

POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

You don’t need another extreme 30-day challenge.

You need a plan you can actually stick to.

If you’re busy, working, travelling, socialising and trying to stay in shape, your training needs to fit around your life — not take it over.

That means:

→ 3 quality training sessions
→ A realistic nutrition target
→ More daily movement
→ A plan you can repeat
→ 90 days of consistency

Stop trying to be perfect for 7 days.

Start being consistent for 90.

If you want my free 7-Day Fitness Reset, DM me “RESET” and I’ll send it over 👊 taken in Phuket, Thailand by @_coachdino_

@tigercoachdino was the first fighter client I had when I came to Phuket. It’s only fitting that the first episode of OnlyCorners should feature this legend. He fought at the famous @rawaiboxingcampphuket on Friday night taking on a battle hardened opponent from @powerhousephuket He demonstrated true grit, in what was aptly dubbed fight of the night.

Over the coming months, I'll be interviewing and capturing fighters in their natural habitat - the Corner. Most people don't see the pain, anguish, determination, and work that goes into each and every fight. Intimate moments transcend whether a fighter wins or loses. Inevitably, they stare across the ring, looking at a reflection of themselves, asking, "Do I have what it takes?"

Seminar with the legend Buakaw 🔥

Massive thanks to Donegal Den for the opportunity. The breakdowns were top level, things got spicy in the drills, and Buakaw invited us to come to Bangkok. 👀
