⚠️Skip these Seated Incline Bicep Curls if you don’t wanna see gains!!!⚠️

-On a serious note tho, it takes my biceps a lot of repetition to grow cuz I’m taller, arms are longer and my muscles aren’t short & compact like most people. To offset that, I try to do the most efficient exercises for growth as it pertains to my body type. This exercise along with Cross Body Hammer curls are what I’ve found works best for me to do everytime I hit biceps 💪🏾

CHILL:

It’s the end of the school year and my first year at the Creek🐊 is complete✅. Honestly, this year went by fast! It’s gonna be interesting starting all over again next year, but that means I get to build new positive relationships with my upcoming students as I did with this group. My kids wanted me to do a TikTok with them, (even though I’m not on TikTok) and I decided to since it was our last day. It’s always nice to chill and joke a little bit after you’ve taken care of your business first!

DETAILS:

•It’s the end of the school year and I feel like I’m having to repeat myself all the time to people. Sometimes we don’t actively listen or follow directions because we want to rush and get to the finish line or see the finished product so quickly. Sometimes you have to slow down sooner so you won’t have to play catch up later.

•Paying attention to the details is important whether you’re in class, playing a sport or doing anything else in life. Don’t lose points at school or credit at work or lose money by not paying attention to the details. Most times, life’s answers are already laid out for you to win and succeed!!!

FINISH STRONG:

It’s the end of the school year and we just finished STAAR, but it seems like everything is still a problem😂. Whether it’s hearing the interesting names or phrases students have, who got in a fight with who, or “can I get a pencil” everyday, I have never been asked more questions in my life on a daily basis. However, it’s been a good first year connecting and getting to know everyone here at the Creek🙏🏾. All we can do with the days we have left is lock in & “FINISH STRONG,” as my mama says!
