#DanikaBrodam oversees social account partnerships within the streaming unit at Warner Music Central Europe in Berlin. Combining a strong background in digital marketing, campaign strategy, and creator partnerships, she operates at the intersection of platform strategy and innovative execution in the music industry. Prior to joining Warner Music three years ago, she led cross-media and broadcast campaigns at HitchOn and built extensive media experience.

#LucasGloe is EU Music Partnerships Lead at TikTok, overseeing label, management, and artist relationships across Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and broader European markets. He supports partners in promoting trends, building artist profiles, and driving culturally significant music moments on the platform.

@jamaicamoana is a Sydney-based rapper, artist and leading voice in Australia’s ballroom community. Of Māori (Ngāpuhi and Tainui) and Samoan heritage, she brings queer identity, cultural connection and bold storytelling to music that moves between hip-hop and alternative pop. Her EP BUD & DENI showcases that range, while a 4-date India tour and appearances at Bangkok Music City, SXSW, The Great Escape and Reeperbahn reflect her growing international reach.

A leader in the Ballroom community and co-founder of The West Ball, Jamaica’s creative practice extends beyond the stage to creating spaces for expression and belonging. She brings an artist’s perspective to the realities of social media: navigating visibility, connecting with audiences and balancing the demands of content creation with the music and communities at the heart of her work.

Having followed the inspiring work of the #Keychange initiative for many years, and taking part in several of their events during Reeperbahn Festival, We are super happy to announce that Collabeez is now an official member of this important movement towards gender-equality, diversity, and a future-oriented music industry.

Last but not least in our #RBF2025 Session Programme, we wrapped up with an interactive highlight session for industry leaders and marketers alike: *Hacking The Algorithm: Marketing Strategies with Impact* ✨

What does real #success mean in today’s music industry?🎤 Friday at @reeperbahn_festival 2025 we put a spotlight on success — and how its meaning has shifted over time.

In our Hot Topic #FiresideChat 🔥 with @evaries_wutangisforever (long-time manager of the #WuTangClan, #Nirvana, and more) and #LeonaWalter (Senior Artist & Label Manager, @bamboo_artists – home to Ski Aggu, Zartmann & others), we went deep into real success strategies.

Our moderator @shari_who guided the conversation with sharp questions around performance pressure, and the changing DNA of success.

👉 In the 90s and early 2000s, success meant million-dollar music videos and huge investments. Today, creativity and virality are the driving forces behind TikTok clips, with investment decreasing further onwards.

#strongertogether – Building impactful communities at @reeperbahn_festival 2025 🫂💬✨

After an inspiring first day, we started early into Friday with the powerful session: “More Than Followers: Building Lasting Communities.”

This female-led panel was moderated by community expert #FranziskaParschau, who guided a vibrant discussion with community leaders such as @melissadengelbronner from @shesaid.so ; @hildurmaral CEO & founder of the @opiacommunity ; @deniz_everling from the community focused music platform @bandcamp ; and #InèsOuqs artist/model/creator at @latfro

Together they explored what it really takes to create and sustain meaningful communities — through authentic #communication, creative #collaboration, and #platforms that foster impactful #interaction.

💡 Our #KeyTakeaways:
👉 In an era of automated content and shifting global power dynamics, human-centered communities are more essential than ever.
👉 A strong community is united by a shared goal and supported by services that enable connection — from safe spaces for open dialogue to networking opportunities for collaboration and growth.

We kick things off with our first session:
“Reclaiming Visibility from AI and Political Filters”

🎤 #MaxHoltz opened this exciting panel talk with a keynote on #platformeconomy and politically influenced #algorithms, setting the stage for a lively discussion. Guided by @sirikeil as our moderator, the panellists brought in diverse perspectives: @karmabertelsen (#fuga @keychangeeu ) highlighted marketing strategies that work despite restrictive platform rules, South African artist @moneybadooworld (@africa_rising_music_conference @paradiseworldwide__ ) shared hands-on insights from content creation POV, and #SvenjaFreisfeld (@soundcloud ) showed how DSPs can play their part in building fairer, more independent platform models.

Our #KeyTakeaways:
👉 Yes, many algorithms are manipulated by capitalist players, and major platforms, mainly based in the US, keep them random and opaque for specific target groups.
👉 However, there are strategies to overcome biased algorithms. Consistency, authenticity, community building and leveraging value-based platforms are key to maintaining visibility and reaching target groups.
👉 Change is possible – by shifting to more transparent and fair platforms (like SoundCloud for music or Bluesky for socials), we can reclaim visibility and data transparency on the long-term run.
