Let's get straight to it...
You don't need to be sick to become intentional about your health. Prevention has always been better than a cure.

1. Staying hydrated is important, set a target for your water intake daily👊
2. Cut out in fizzy drinks or reduce responsibly
Switch to more natural drinks, Zobo, Tigernut drink, etc
3. More protein and Fiber (reduce ponded yam and garri and Semo, research other healthier variables to swallow)🫠
4. Take a break when needed, rest, from work, family stress and emotional weary
5. Take care of your mental health, and yes, talk to me, I'll cook spag for you 😗
Reduce how much you send people... no comment😑
6. MOVEMENT.... Take a walk, sitting at a desk all day, is bad for you, exercise is key to longevity🫡

THE CONCEPT *Entitlement* itself is a dangerous place to fall into. The feeling that the world owes you something...

I had to learn the hard way that once you debunk that mindset of expecting some level of aid in the wrong places that's when you begin to make evident growth in whatever journey you are on. When you seek change be it financial, academic, and whatnot, you go out there and make the change HAPPEN ✨ rather than waiting for things to fall in your laps.

Every girl experiences one kind of heartbreak or the other...
It's a universal issue 💔 how we deal with it and set standards to filter as much of it as possible is our duty 🎀
I remember personal experiences and that of friends, romantic and otherwise that built my standards brick by brick, and because I'm a sweet girl, I'd always share my hot takes with you.

1. Set a standard for everything, every kind of relationship...
2. Stick to the standard...
3. Most importantly, learn how to walk away from anything and anyone who deliberately disrespects your boundaries, especially over and over.
4. Choose you at the end of the day, Choose your peace, choose your happiness, that's not selfish in anyway. Sounds cliche but, it's actually tough to put yourself first in situations where you're already emotionally attached 🙂
5. I'll hold your hand to say this okay? Know when you're the problem... And when you're not! And act accordingly. Sometimes you could be at fault in situations and sometimes you could be manipulated into thinking you are.
6. Whatever it is, I highly recommend a loving circle of friends to guide your decisions over time
