I look back on an incredible season 2024, and even a week after the season ended, I still can't find the words to express my gratitude. 🤍

I want to thank everyone who has believed in me for years, supported me on my journey, and stayed by my side through the tough times. Without you, this dream would never have come true... 🤍

- 1th time qualify for the European Championships 🇮🇹
- an other Swiss Championship medal 🇨🇭
- many international competitions 🇦🇪🇸🇪🇩🇰🇩🇪🇧🇪

Today is the day. ❤️

After more than 20 years in athletics, I’m stepping onto the competition field for the last time. It’s hard to believe that this day has finally come.

And I say “we” on purpose. Because 1.5 years ago, you came into my life and changed everything. Since then, you have been the biggest part of my world and the reason behind so many things I do. 🤍

Today, we get to stand there together one last time — fighting for the Swiss Team Championship title. 🥇

One last competition. One last fight. One last jump.

The energy is running low, but your smile gives me everything I need. Somehow, you make it all possible. 🥹

Being able to experience a whole season as a mum has been such a privilege. It hasn’t always been easy to balance everything, but I wouldn’t want to have experienced it any other way.

And today, I’m not only proud of you. I’m proud of us — of how far we’ve come, of what we’ve managed together, and of the little family we’ve built. ❤️ @gubi_

So let’s enjoy every second of this last one.
The team. The atmosphere. The competition.
And, of course, one last time in the sand.

...it still hurts. 💔

This wasn't the Swiss Championships I had hoped for. We gave everything as a family, and physically, I was ready. Why I couldn't make the jumps count is a question I'll probably never answer. ❌️❌️

But with a few days distance, I choose to focus on what matters: coming back to a Swiss Championship FINAL just 1.5 years after giving birth, jumping over 6 meters again.🤍 A career beyond my dreams—2x Swiss Champion, European qualification, a PB of 6.64m, a place among Switzerland's all-time best...... 🥇⭐️

Yes, it hurts. But more than anything, I'm proud. Proud of myself, my husband and coach, and my daughter. Without your support, I wouldn't be here, doing what I love most.👨‍👩‍👧 @gubi_

And it's not over yet. A few more jumps are waiting… maybe the best one is still to come. ❤️

Not every day feels strong. Some days are filled with fatigue, frustration, and more questions than answers. 💔

But every time I walk through the door and my daughter runs into my arms, I'm reminded of what truly matters.💫

I'm proud of the path we're walking as a family. Because the greatest achievement isn't measured by results—it's measured by love.👨‍👩‍👧

Grateful for this journey, proud of our little family, and ready for whatever comes next. 🤍

A few special competitions to look back on — and a journey that means so much to me. 🫶

One year after becoming a mom:👨‍👩‍👧

✔ Swiss Championship qualifying standard
✔ Consistent 6m+ jumps
✔ Promotion to the National League A with my team ❤️🤍

Grateful to be doing what I love most again.
