DIET WRAPPED UP FOR @_danmbb_ 60+ weeks working with the big man Dan and recently finished up a 14 week diet phase after a LONGGGGG time in the off season 12.5kg was shifted from the frame after pushing weight upwards for just under a whole year and now PRIMED for the next big off season :) While Dan doesn’t have any plans to compete soon, there are competitive aspirations for the future and ones that Dan has his eyes set on which is why these pull backs are neccessary! In order to develop your physique as much as possible, you want to be able to stay in a calorie surplus for a long period of time before pulling back which is exactly what we have done here This short diet phase has set up a great runway for a long off season for Dan which appetite already roaring and good escalations been implemented frequently and scale weight not moving Cardio has been stripped back down and food has been put straight back in, with Dan now freshening up his body we are now in the best place to begin the next off season Focus placed through training performance and ensuring form videos are being sent across for review to get the very most from his training! Having worked with Dan for so long, I am proud to call him a close friend and i’m very excited to see what is in store for the future too Let’s get to growing lad 💙 - - - Interested in Online Coaching? 30.08.25 - I’ll forever be washed out in this posing room but happy to see some new lines. No concerns about scale weight as I’m doing what I can and need to do each day. Eager to push on and continue to grow. Don’t wish for it. Work for it. by @_danmbb_
Doing things I’ve never done to be in a position I’ve never been in. Time to work harder. by @_danmbb_
21.06.25 - The Dawn of a new opportunity With this push up phase coming to a close, we sign it off with another trip. From there, it’s head down and work like I never have before. Physical and mental strength at an all time high. Determination to win every day. Weakness no longer an option. Watch your thoughts, they become your words; watch your words, they become your actions; watch your actions, they become your habits; watch your habits, they become your character; watch your character, it becomes your destiny by @_danmbb_
May - A great month full of memories to cherish. Some quality time with family and friends was appreciated. Plenty of good food enjoyed and all put to good use. Strength at an all time high and visuals not too disappointing as things stand. I’ve started asking the question - why not me? The responsibility lies at my feet and I’m taking it all on 🤝 by @_danmbb_
23.04.25 - Rhodes One day away from the first trip I’ll go on feeling partly satisfied with my look. It may not be the leanest or the most incredible but it’s certainly wild in comparison to a year ago. Now time to soak in some sun and hopefully return less pale. We then continue to push by @_danmbb_
March - Making memories and moves together. Sometimes the process can be difficult and challenge you in different ways. Having those around you to keep you level headed and push you when needed is incredibly beneficial. Spending time aside from the gym has really benefitted my sessions inside it in recent weeks. We’ll keep doing what is working 🤝 by @_danmbb_
