We’ve got your back (literally) 😉🍂

New to The Jungle? Been here a while but wondering what’s happening this fall? Either way, you don’t have to figure it all out on your own.

Questions about our flow lineup, studio hours, upcoming happenings, or the energy exchange to practice with us? We’ve got you.

Send us a DM, ask us before or after class, or reach out anytime. We’re always happy to help you find the class, offering, or way to practice that feels right for you.

Because choosing to make time for yourself should feel simple.

And around here, we’ve always got your back 🌴🐆

Make space for the deeper breath 🪷

For the slower moments. More time that actually feels like yours 💛

Make the hour sacred. We’ll hold the space 🌴🐆

Reserve your mat at The Jungle.

The practice isn’t always about holding. Sometimes, it’s about letting go.

And your practice deserves to be supported.

The right props. Thoughtful adjustments. Individualized guidance. A space intentionally designed for you to slow down, settle in, and receive what you need that day.

Because sometimes the most intentional thing we can do is allow ourselves to be supported.
