Got the pleasure of working with my dawg Naim Lassiter (DB Rs Senior at Bethune Cookman). During our session we focused on transition between each phase eliminating false steps and emphasizing staying within our frame. I expect big things from him this coming fall💯 Appreciate him for coming out and showing love. Looking forward to seeing what does this year and continuing to work with him.

Good movement day with my guys! Some personal favorites of my Indy drill bag💯 We emphasized body control when transitioning between each phase. Body control leads to smooth reps and smooth reps lead to faster reps! Smooth is FAST.

Cov 2 reps as a corner in press🔥
Line up outside leverage. At the snap of the ball shoot quick to disrupt the WRs timing and force an inside release. Once you shoot your hand bail into your curl flat while having eyes on the no. 2 WR. #db #dbtraining #dbtechnician #tampa #footwork taken in Tampa, Florida by @_dbtechnician
