What an honor to receive my purple belt from @tiny_shorts at @highstreetjiujitsuaz. I was there to celebrate him and his First Degree on his black belt, but now we get to celebrate together. Super grateful for all my past and present coaches, training partners. Grateful for this life and community 🙌 @jointcustodyjiujitsu by @_deerwolf
○ Quick lasso guard sweep into a snatching armbar: yank them in with your hamstrings and arms with the same tenacity as forcing a fitted sheet on to a mattress. ○ If they don’t quite make it to their hip, just roll over the top, smoosh their face into the mat (no hard feelings) and finish with a belly-down armbar. ✨️Sometimes you have to work a little harder to get what you want. (Especially when what you want is their elbow hyperextended 😤) #bjj #bjjlifestyle #jiujitsu #bjjgirls #brazilianjiujitsu by @_deerwolf
