I market.

With over 40K followers and 60K+ monthly views, my content consistently puts homes in front of real buyers. That exposure translated into millions in closed sales in 2025—driven by social media alone.

If selling is on your radar, let’s do it the right way.
I’d love to launch your home—not just list it.

Brooks Loren Butler arrived in a dramatic fashion Nov 23 at 6:29 pm weighing 7 lbs 2 oz💙

All of the emotions were experienced during our time here at the hospital, but God surrounded us with the best doctors and personnel out there.

Baby Brooks and his beautiful mommy are resting and we are hoping to be home tonight or sometime tomorrow. 🏠

We are so excited that our little family is growing, and grateful God has blessed us with our beautiful baby boy!

Welcome to the world my handsome baby boy. 💙 by @_derekbutler

4 homes listed in August. 3 under contract in just ONE day.

That’s not a coincidence. That’s what happens when experience meets a well-executed strategy.

Selling a home isn’t as simple as putting a sign in the yard and hoping for the best. It takes intentional pricing, professional marketing, a strategic plan, and a strong coming-soon campaign designed to build excitement before your home ever hits the market.

The work starts LONG before the listing goes live.

Thinking about selling? Whether that’s next month, next year, or even two years from now, the conversation should start today.

Let’s build a plan that puts you in the best position to succeed when the time comes.

Send me a message. Let’s get ahead of the market.

Yesterday, a friend jokingly asked me, “So, is now a good time to buy a house?”

My response was simple.

“Well, it depends on your situation.”

And I genuinely mean that.

For some people, buying right now makes perfect sense. For others, continuing to rent or staying in their current home another year might be the smartest financial decision they can make.

Renting isn’t necessarily throwing money away. Sometimes it’s buying you the time you need to save, pay down debt, and put yourself in a better position financially.

Maybe you’re saving for your first home. Maybe your family is growing, and you need another bedroom or a backyard where your kids can play.

But here’s the catch: Time only helps if you’re intentional with it.

If you’re renting to save money but aren’t actually saving, you’re not getting any closer to homeownership. And if you’re hoping to move into a larger home but aren’t preparing financially, that dream may keep getting pushed further down the road.

The reality is, the right time to buy has more to do with YOUR financial situation and goals than what’s happening in the housing market.

As a real estate agent, my job isn’t to convince everyone that now is the time to buy. Sometimes the best advice I can give is to wait, save, and create a plan.

So here’s my challenge: Stop trying to time the market and start preparing for your future.

Whether you’re hoping to buy in three months or three years, let’s start the conversation TODAY.

Send me a message with the word “PLAN.” Let’s figure out where you are, where you want to be, and what it’ll take to get there.

You don’t have to be ready to buy a home to talk to a real estate agent. That’s exactly why you should be talking to one now.

Believe it or not, this beautiful sunset sailboat cruise is only 30 minutes outside of Nashville!

Madison and I originally had plans to celebrate her birthday in Miramar Beach, Florida, this past weekend, but the hurricane had other plans for us. So, we had to pivot!

Thankfully, I stumbled across an incredible local small business, @sailawaynashville , that offers private sunset cruises for up to six people. I immediately booked it and reached out to a few of the most important ladies in Madison’s life. Without hesitation, they rearranged their evenings to help me make her birthday special!
Amazing friends, incredible service, and God blessed us with an absolutely beautiful sunset.

A huge thank you to @sailawaynashville for such a wonderful experience and to these three ladies for showing up and helping me make Madison feel so loved and celebrated.

Not quite the Florida getaway we had planned, but we wouldn’t trade this evening for anything! by @_derekbutler

Screaming happy birthday to Brooks and I’s favorite person in the entire world! Being by your side through these years I’ve seen you go through so many chapters.

From your sister-mom chapter, to your build your business chapter, being pregnant chapter, to now being a business owner and a hot Mom chapter.

You’ve handled each chapter with grace, and I couldn’t be any prouder of you.

There’s no one in this world that I cheer louder for. Thank you for being the best Mommy in the world to our Brooks, thank you for being my best friend, and cheers to many more birthdays shared together. Happy birthday pretty girl. Brooks and I love you so much. ❤️ by @_derekbutler
