Happy New Month loves…🥰❤️.

This year, I cried more tears than I can remember….Most times it was at the midnight hour with a trickling tear and an overwhelming sob.
But,

God heard them all. He was with me through the night.
This year has been my most beautiful year too. Filled with wonderful clarity of the mysteries of heaven and an abundance of God’s love and faithfulness. He has healed me time and time again.
Whenever I felt like I was holding onto my last straw, he washed me over and over again with an overwhelming flow of His love, grace, mercy and peace.

I am convinced that the more vulnerable we are in God’s presence, the more intimate our fellowship with Him will be.

I wrote a imperfect poem for my perfect lover( the one that loves my soul jealousy). Please check out my last slide and thank my father for me. by @_dikachi.o

Who else likes to see themselves smile? I sincerely love my wide smile.
As a way of reintroduction, my name is Joy and I am “ God’s treasure in an earthen vessel”.
Well this year 2020, was full of gbas gbos for this girl right here which is kind of ironical because from an outward perspective you would think I am living a really good life. None of my friends nor family had Covid or died, I enjoyed divine provision and supply this whole year, I graduated from school with a first class degree, got a job, none of my siblings lost theirs, and the list goes on. In truth and summary, God has been really faithful to me. Yes, little me. Right from the beginning of the year, God spoke to me about the need of Focus and right up until now that’s most of all I hear. So, let me drop a list of things I have learnt.
1. To have complete, total focus on God, you have to focus on God. Not on you. Your shortcomings, perks, etc. This simply entails no confidence in your flesh, human intelligence or strength. Heb 12:1-2
Jer 17:5, says Cursed is any man that puts his trust in man. Sometimes man there even represents self. Self-control, self-confidence, etc.
2. You need to lean in and embrace the entirety of God’s grace made available for you. The ability to readjust your focus, stand in faith, and live God’s kind of life, rests in your dependence of God’s grace. Heb 4:16.
There is a grace for each season of our lives. I pray we all lean in and embrace God’s provision for this season. Have a blessed day people.❤️ by @_dikachi.o

My Valentine.

I will love thee, O Lord, my strength.
In my distress, I called.
I cried unto Him
My cry came before him, even unto his ears.
The earth shook and trembled.
The foundations also of the hills moved and were shaken.

He bowed the heaven also and came down.
Darkness under his feet.
He took me and drew me out of many waters.

For who is God, save my Lord?
For who is a rock, save my God?
Girds me with strength.
Makes my feet like hind's feet.
Sets me upon high places
Teaches my hands to war, my feet did not slip.

My Lord lives, blessed be my rock.

The man at the well.
Patiently he sat,
Hands folded,
The journey was long in the quest to see me.
When I arrived, waterpot firm against my hip, He smiled
"Give me to drink", He said.

Eyes locked one to another, a frown set upon my face.
I bid Him not!
Hungry and thirsty, still, He offered to me springs of living water.
My unsure heart enquired more of him.
Patient he was,
Caring words He spoke.
ALAS; I gave my waterpot
For the springs of living water,
From which my thirst was quenched.
