The art of transition//
A capture from one of my last ‘normal’ and ‘familiar’ human interaction. I recently read that creativity, simply, lies in ones ability to connect. People, places, things, time and ideas. It’s impossible to fully comprehend everything that’s going on, but one thing I can connect and understand is that this experience is a transition. When we look back on this there will be no right, wrong or judgements. I can’t help noticing the spark of creativity impulses that have been planted over these last few weeks. So whether it’s connecting the days together, stringing the highlights to the lowlights, navigating the familiar to unchartered or simply tending to any unfed priorities of life — I encourage you to be the artist of your unique transition. No one has the answers. We may never get another gift to focus on what we need and want for ourselves. Creativity is a fire burning within all of us and the beauty of it is that it looks different for every human. I hope this time serves as that spark and I can’t wait to see how bright we burn on the other side of this, together. #creativity #quarantine

Mute the wakes and turn down the engines, blur the setting sun and just press pause.
Nothing cue’d up - - Just taking in this singular moment. For me, this capture isn’t about the music or the epic backdrop and it’s everything about the experience of bringing HUMANS together to share a single moment. Strangers, friends, visitors with a STORY to now connect over.
Grateful that I got the chance to be a piece of this LIVE experience.
Killer job seeing out your dream @king.kenzz, proud of you homegirl. *its also about the #pirateship. Always about the pirate ship @lululemon #getoutthere #internationalyogaday #thesweatlife [(o)*] credit: @jessdoherty19 taken in Fan Pier Marina by @_dj_dukes

What a run. 💥 The @lululemon YET Sessions have officially wrapped at Backyard and we couldn’t be more proud of what this program became.

Huge thank you to lululemon or backing this vision and investing in our community the way you always do.

To every single athlete who committed, showed up, and put in the work week after week? you made it what it was.

To our coaches who led classes and delivered every session with intention and energy, thank you.

And to Chris Capozzi (@_dj_dukes) for capturing the grit, the sweat, and the moments in between, you brought it to life.

Grateful for this squad. On to the next. 💛 taken in Backyard Bos by @_dj_dukes

A room full of people who believe in the work, the process, and each other. We’re so grateful for this team, this community, and everything we’ve built together. 2026…we’re coming for you. And we’re bringing everyone with us.
