Words canโ€™t even describe how memorable these last few days have been. From being on a billboard in Times Square, to rocking the National Puerto Rican Day parade with my family there with me, itโ€™s been a blessing! ๐Ÿ™ Just a Puerto Rican-Jamaican kid from Brooklyn who grew up going to the parade, watching DJs rock the floats and dreaming about what that moment must feel like. This year, I got to live it. Playing on a float for millions of Puerto Ricans from all over NYC and beyond while celebrating our culture loud and proud is something Iโ€™ll never forget. The energy, the flags, the music, the pride, it was all love. Thank you to everyone who danced, sang along, and showed support. Thank you, NYC, for always showing up for our people. From the crowd to the float. A dream come true. The journey continues ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ—ฝ๐Ÿ‡ต๐Ÿ‡ท #PuertoRicanDayParade #Boricua #PuertoRicanPride #Brooklyn #DJLife DJEasy QueBonitaBandera by @_djeasy

No paid slots, No buying followers, No shortcuts. Iโ€™ve built this brick my brick, one handshake at a time, one phone call at a time, one fail at a timeโ€ฆ.I even built this website myself! ๐Ÿงฑ๐Ÿ‘ท๐Ÿฝโ€โ™‚๏ธ A lot of the opportunities Iโ€™ve been blessed to have behind the decks came from relationships, networking, social media, consistency, and learning how to properly market myself. Blessed that DJing has given me opportunities to see the world doing something I genuinely love. ๐ŸŒ๐ŸŽง Had the honor of traveling to Greece to DJ the wedding of @aamirdc and @joannaaad ๐Ÿ‡ฌ๐Ÿ‡ท๐Ÿ’ Forever grateful for every opportunity, every flight, every dance floor, and everyone who trusts me with their biggest moments. And for anyone wonderingโ€ฆ no wedding is too far. If the stars align, weโ€™ll figure out a way to connect and make it happen. This one is for everyone who has been a part of this journey over the last 14 years. For the ones who were there from the very beginning โ€” back at Enigma, in that small Brooklyn hookah lounge, when I was DJing off my Momโ€™s Dell laptop with no equipment, no real plan, and honestly, no idea where this journey would take me. And for the ones who found me somewhere along the way. Maybe we met through a friend, a hole-in-the-wall spot, a random night out, or simply stumbled across what I was doing. Somehow, you became part of the story. When I look back, I realize this journey has never really been about the gigs, the music, the venues, or the moments people see from the outside. Itโ€™s about the people Iโ€™ve met along the way. The friendships. The memories. The late nights. The conversations. The people who believed in me when I felt isolated in a new city, or had lost hope in growing the brand. Iโ€™ve always called this a one-man band, but the truth is, I never truly did this alone. There were moments when I questioned myself, moments when I felt lost, and moments when I needed someone to remind me why I started. Sometimes that came through a big gesture. Sometimes it was as simple as someone showing up, sending a message, sharing my work, bringing a friend, or just saying, โ€œKeep going.โ€ Those little things meant more than you probably ever realized. The Easy Effect is not just me. Itโ€™s every person who has ever danced, listened, laughed, connected, supported, or simply spent a moment with me along the way. Red Bull may give me wings, but you all give me the reason to keep flying. 14 years later, Iโ€™m still here. Still creating. Still chasing a dream. Still grateful. And if thereโ€™s one thing Iโ€™ve learned through all of this itโ€™s that the journey is so much more meaningful when you have genuine people beside you. Thank you for being part of mine. From the bottom of my heart โ€” thank you. -DJ EASY taken in Washington D. C. by @_djeasy

POV of how I took the throne @redbullusa Turn It Up DJ battle. Itโ€™s a crowd based judge panel as the crowd votes for the winner using wristbands that light up in the color of the DJ you vote for - winning the crowd is literally the key to winning. The competition is a head-to-head DJ competition where DJs battle through a bracket, and the focus isnโ€™t on flashy tricks, itโ€™s about reading the room and moving the crowd. The crowd judges the DJs based on track selection, reactivity/adaptability, mixing, and crowd control. Each round, you have to respond to the energy in real time, choose the right records, and create the stronger dance-floor reaction. #bookdjeasy #partywitheasy #experiencetheeasyeffect #redbull #redbullturnitup taken in Washington D.
