Debated for 24 hours about making this post but here I am. It’s a pretty special feeling watching your little brother, your best friend, your biggest fan and supporter for 18 years do what he loves.

I’m so proud of this kid. For those of you who don’t know. He basically didn’t have a lung this time a year ago and was at the point where he didn’t know if college ball will be an option. At every level he’s played at he’s overcome that kind of stuff and this just wasn’t different.

The coolest part of this whole thing tho didn’t really have to do with him scoring or being able to watch or see him get glory or whatever. The coolest part is that carter has been my biggest supporter throughout my entire life. In high school, Parents of my teammates used to come up to my family and say their favorite part of watching the games was watching carter cheer for me and go crazy every time I scored. Last night. I got to do that for carter and I’ve never been more happy for the kid.

God keeps writing a story that quite frankly is like a movie or something crazy you hear during the NCAA tournament. It’s not real to me at times and I’m so thankful to have my best friend doing what we love together.

2 summers and endless memories. I am so thankful for these people, families and this place. The Lord so purposefully dropped me into a true glimpse of what heaven will be like.
