On Saturdays, I bake for my family 🤍
Today’s bake: English muffins.

Super easy. Ridiculously delicious.

Made with organic wheat and emmer — 100% whole.
The flavor? Slightly sour from the levain (thank you Hank, always a pleasure to work with you), with a nutty, earthy depth from the flour.

Do you bake your own bread?
It’s one of my favorite things to make at home. Pain de mie is super easy and a great starting point for new bakers.
My household is carb crazy! We go through 1.5-2kg of pain de mie a week!
