I was painting these lovely rats at @zumikit0 's Miniature Masters Challenge: 8 hours from grey plastic to finished miniature. It was exciting. It was exhausting. It was amazing seeing this coming to life in such a short time. I enjoyed painting my rats along with all the other amazing artists 🥰

I'm quite happy how Maru from @nekogalaxyminis turned out.

It was very hard trying to adhere to how a "real artist" would paint - with consistent lights and stuff - not the usual shortcuts that I picked up from watching countless YT videos. Three weeks of utter frustration lie behind me 😅

Thanks to my coach @intereminis who was super patient with me and called the current version "a nice sketch so far". But there are more Nekogalaxy-busts and looots of Kingdom Death minis to paint on my stash... I hope you enjoy this "sketch" 🥰
