Before I got my wheelchair (thanks everyone who donated and shared) I was so fed up of just walking to the end of the road and being trapped in this 100m radius outside my house.

Having a wheelchair has opened my life up so much…and since it’s been broken the last week (final part coming tomorrow so will be up and running then) I have been reminded of how small life can be without it!

I had my first hot shower since December 2024! Last time I had a hot shower I remember feeling so dizzy and disorientated. Poor thermoregulstion has been that 1 staple symptom from the first day I got ill. Since then I’ve just had mild showers, neither hot nor cold to minimise the temperature exertion on my body.

Anyway, the shower was bloody lovely and even though I still felt a bit rough as I always do after a shower it wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be! Hopefully can start having hot showers more often 🙏

I’ve been living with chronic illness and have been trying to get off zopiclone for such a long time now. Hopefully it will be finished in a few months time, but i have had to be so patient…whilst living with withdrawal symptoms such as nightmares, night terrors, anxiety, panic, dissociation and brain fog. I’m grateful I still have the capacity able to do things like crazy golf every now and then, yes it means spending the next day or 2 in bed but it’s so necessary to keep joy alive!

Also practice swings are essential before you judge!!

Okay I’ve gotten into a really bad habit of not drinking much water during the day and seem to go through all of my daily liquid at night…maybe this reel is the first step of admitting it’s a problem 😂
