We are so excited to announce our latest NBW Athlete - @_dr.zena

Zena has been competing in natural bodybuilding, in the figure and women’s bodybuilding classes since 2020, with her debut season resulting in her first Figure British title with the UKDFBA.

Since then Zena returned to the stage in 2023, winning her second Figure British Title, this time with BNBF, and earning DFAC Pro status by taking the coveted overall female title.

Zena has given back to the sport in so many ways. Not just through inspiring others that perhaps don’t have your typical fitness industry based job. But also by providing her knowledge and experience at numerous posing clubs and recently joining the judging panel at BNBF Shows.

Her depth of experience is incredible.

However, we are most proud to have her as part of the team because of the pure passion she has for natural bodybuilding. If you’re lucky enough to spend time around Zena you’ll be more motivated and driven to achieve your goals than ever.

156 weeks of offseason so far

Time to Pre-Prep !!! 🥹

A point where I truly wasn’t sure if I’d ever get to after my injury last year but I’ve continued to show up every single day & we’re finally doing it.

Time to get the first part of fat loss done ahead of prep next year ⚡️

Beyond grateful for @ajmorris_ for believing in me throughout, even when I lost pretty much all confidence in myself

~10 weeks, ~15lbs to come off

Bodybuilding is an extreme sport

Do not consider a contest prep just because it “looks cool”

First fall in love with the basics
- training hard
- eating consistently
- prioritising recovery

Nail those
Nail them over & over again

Then maybe consider it 🫡
