The soul's main preoccupation is to be limitless and to have no restriction. Because that's the nature of the soul. The soul is by definition that which knows no limitation. The soul is mini version of a larger experience we call God which is also limitless. And so what the soul seeks to experience is the aspect of itself that we call limitlessness or total freedom. That doesn't mean we have the freedom to go out and hurt people, or do bad things.i don't want to be misinterpreted here. But it does mean that we have the freedom to make the highest choices, that express the grandest version of who we really are to express deity itself in physical or human form

Why do I choose @alkaline_healing_nutrition method? Learn about electric foods, avoid inflammation, curb doctors' visits & mineral deregulation, building new neuro path ways, enhancing physical performance, strategic injury prevention management, just to list a few...

At DR ALKALINE they concerned with health promotion, the maintenance of physical abilities and final phase rehabilitation, by means of SCIENTIFICALLY BASED physical activity programme prescription.

The PRIMARY FOCUS of DR ALKALINE is the prevention and management of chronic diseases and injuries through exercise and physical activity interventions that are TAILORED TO INDIVIDUAL'S NEEDS. These exercise interventions focus on improving mobility, flexibility, strength, endurance, and OVERALL PHYSICAL FUNCTION.

At DR ALKALINE they use EXERCISE-BASED interventions to promote functional recovery and OVERALL PHYSICAL PERFORMANCE.

A PHYSIOTHERAPIST forms part of the initial phase of rehab (acute phase), when you sustain an injury, a Physio will assess and treat the injury with the goal of getting you pain free and moving within normal range of movement again.

DR ALKALINE forms part of the final phase of rehab (getting you back to normal functionality to return to daily activities/sport). DR ALKALINE will focus on scientific exercise prescription to work on any muscle imbalances whether that be in strength or flexibility.

FULL BODY RESISTANCE BAND ROUTINE

Targets major muscle groups. In under 30 minutes. Perform each exercise for 10–15 reps, and complete 3 sets. Adjust the band’s slack or double it up to make the movements more or less challenging.

Resistance bands offer a great addition to any workout whether you are a novice lifter or an elite level athlete. They can add varying degrees of resistance to compound movements, challenge your stability and muscular endurance through various ranges of motion, and improve strength and flexibility.

BUILD EXPLOSIVE POWER WITHOUT GYM

To run faster, especially during sprints or hill climbs.. You need power..the ability to generate force quickly. Traditional strength training helps build force, but plyometric jump training teaches your muscles to apply that force explosively.

CLASSIC SINGLE LEG STAIR HOPS(benefits*)

☆Physical and Athletic Performance

-Explosive Power
-Tendon Stiffness
-Unilateral Balance

☆Stability and Injury Prevention

-Asymmetry Correction
-Joint Resilience

Single leg hops ACTIVATE the GLUTES, QUADS, HAMSTRINGS & CALVES in a fast sport specific way. When done correctly, these exercises train the stretch shortening cycle, the same muscle action that helps you spring off the ground with each stride.

KETTLEBELL TRAINING:

BUILDS FUNCTIONAL STRENGTH: Kettlebell exercises engage multiple muscle groups at once, mimicking real-life movements and developing a cohesive, whole-body strength

IMPROVES CARDIOVASCULAR HEALTH: Dynamic movements like the swing can elevate your heart rate, providing a cardio workout alongside strength training.

INCREASES POWER AND ENDURANCE: The explosive nature of many kettlebell exercises develops power, especially in the posterior chain (glutes, hamstrings, and lower back). The continuous movement builds endurance.

BOOSTS GRIP AND CORE STRENGTH: The thicker handle and offset center of gravity demand significant grip strength. The dynamic nature of the exercises also forces your core to work hard for stability.

ENHANCES ATHLETICISM: By working the body as a single unit, kettlebell training improves coordination, balance, and overall athleticism.

PORTABLE AND SPACE SAVING: Kettlebells are compact and easy to move, making them ideal for small spaces and workouts at home or while traveling.

SUPPORTS POSTURE: Exercises that strengthen the posterior chain can help improve and maintain correct postural alignment, which is beneficial for those who sit for long periods.

GRIP STRENGTH: Kettlebell workouts significantly improve grip strength.

After (Results)
BODY COMPOSITION: You can expect to build lean muscle and burn fat, leading to a more defined and toned physique rather than just bulk.

ENHANCED MOBILITY AND JOINT HEALTH: Kettlebells can improve joint stability and mobility, strengthening ligaments and tendons and reducing the risk of certain injuries, especially in the hips and shoulders.

IMPROVED PERFORMANCE IN OTHER ACTIVITIES: Athletes have reported improvements in running speed and durability after incorporating kettlebells.

REDUCED ACHES AND PAINS: Many users report fewer aches and pains, particularly when transitioning from heavy barbell lifting.

TIME EFFICIENCY: You can achieve a full-body workout in a shorter amount of time, which is ideal for busy schedules.
