Got the opportunity to see the all-new Porsche Cayenne Electric and Cayenne Turbo Electric in person.

I am a big fan of the new design, gorgeous interior, and insane performance. The best part of Porsche’s current strategy is keeping the gas-powered Cayenne lineup running parallel to these new EVs. It gives owners like me the best of both worlds depending on what they want out of the platform.

I got the chance to drive a 2026 Macan T for the last week and what a great experience it was. Despite the 4-cylinder engine, this Macan has plenty of power and sounds great. Porsche really compensated with a great exhaust note on this model. The most impressive feature so far is just how good it handles — so nimble, so fun to drive, and such connected steering. That is true for all Macans!

I picked up my Cayenne in November 2025 and my first order of business was protecting the paint before it saw a single bad wash.

I hired a local professional to take care of it —
▪️ Full detail + dual stage paint correction
▪️ Self-healing PPF on the headlights and door edges
▪️ Fireball Butterfly ceramic coating on the paint
▪️ Fireball Talon on the wheels and calipers
▪️ Fireball Typhoon on the glass

The goal is to keep it looking the way it does now. Black paint shows everything, so I’m working on my wash skills to avoid introducing any more scratches. by @_drews.garage
