Some moments captured in time of me and the guys in @bananafishrox

I joined this band back in March of 2026 and it has been a great experience getting to know these guys and learn their material. It’s an honor to call them my friends and they treat me well. It’s important to have a good dynamic with your bandmates to make this music thing work.

I appreciate these guys & they appreciate me as well. We work as a team to make things go round. We all have our jobs to do and I feel we do them pretty damn good. Just wanted to share. Up & onwards! 🤘🏻

I wanted hop on here and take a second to say thank you to everyone that has ever supported & believed in me over the years. Musicians know that this road can be tough one, physically & mentally. It’s definitely not for the faint of heart.

If I’m being completely transparent, most days I feel like I’ve failed, never done enough, not good enough etc. and maybe I haven’t. I can always do more. But then there are moments like this that are amazing. Reminds me to be grateful & fortunate for what I have done and where I’m at today. Providing music or a groove for people that brings them joy and makes them move is one of the best feelings. Music has always been my medicine. Drums are like my therapy. It has helped me through so many tough times in my life. And on top of that, the people I’ve met & worked with along the way are some of the finest humans I’ve come across.

I’m blessed and humbled. If you’ve come to a show of any of my 47 bands over the years, I appreciate you. You know who you are.
Thank you friends & family🤘🏻

Yes I know I’m a dork, but have you ever filmed yourself, filming yourself while playing your instrument? Yea me neither…until now 😜
I mashed up both points of view for the vid, you just have to actually watch more than 3 secs.

When I was on couple month long tours back in 2018/2019, I bought this practice pad for the excruciating extensive van rides. One of the best purchases I’ve made by the way.

My dope stickz got me through 4 dope shows this weekend. 3hrs each night with 2 of my bands. While working full time during the week, I’m def feelin it..but the grind continues, onto the next let’s goooo.

If it wasn’t for music and my drumming, idk where I’d be. It’s my life. I’ll keep drumming til the day I leave this 🌎
