SURPRISE, I’M MOVING 🥺‼️

I can officially announce that I am moving 16 hours away from home, from Kansas City to Washington, DC! ✈️📦 I’ll be taking another step in my career and education by getting my master’s degree at Georgetown University in their Master of Real Estate Development program.

I’m shook myself as I type this while packing up my apartment here in KC. Experiencing life in another state has always been something I’ve desired to do at some point in my life, and God has given me the blessing and opportunity to do so now.

My favorite scripture, Jeremiah 29:11, talks about the plan God has for us. If you would’ve asked me when I first graduated college, I wanted to leave home, go to Texas, and just figure it out. Knowing what I know now about life, business, and everything that comes with growing, I realize it’s just not that easy. If I would’ve left then, I truly don’t know where I would’ve been in my business, career, life, etc.

The timing is right, and I’m so blessed to be able to do it now. ❤️

I do still have a little bit of time here in KC, but I wanted to formally let my friends, family, and clients know before I officially leave. I also want my clients to know that I will remain licensed and will still be practicing real estate—just a little farther away! 🏡

I truly don’t know what the future after my master’s program looks like, but KC is always home, and I truly believe I’ll find my way back at some point. ❤️

For now, a new chapter, new opportunities, and new experiences await me in DC. ✨🏙️
