I vividly remember my first Solidcore class in DC and long story short I didn’t take another one until 3 years later😵‍💫😂 Then I became a coach, got stronger and the workout became a lot less scaryyy lol

To my solidcore clients, it has been a privilege to witness your strength week after week💙 Thank you for trusting me to be part of your journey, for always showing up for yourself, for me, and telling me anytime my playlist was fire bc it BOOSTS my head up baddd🎈LOL I put a lot of love and effort into them (& the best throwback hits you forgot about🤏🏼) The ones you complimented on are still saved on my @spotify 🥰😘 I cherish every Mississippi, every “weee”, every Twerk Tuesday, and every karaoke moment & dance break we’ve had together 🫶🏼
