one year of culinary school! 👩🏻‍🍳🔪🩷✨

I’m loving every minute and learning something new everyday!

Some highlights from this past school year:

• interning @fondasanmigueltx ✨🇲🇽 I learned so much about Mexican cuisine and the restaurant industry working alongside some amazing people.

• catering an event alongside my two beautiful friends! 🥹🩷 when I told them about the opportunity to cater this event they told me to just go for it! So i got to planning the logistics.

When the time of the event came around these two didn’t hesitate to roll their sleeves up and spend hours in the kitchen with me. It was a late night and early morning start but they showed up for me with smiles on their faces ready to go! 💛💐

I can’t thank them enough!!! especially @tatiflowww for traveling from out of state and helping develop the recipes! We make a pretty good team 😉

can’t wait to see what fall semester brings!

my time with @churchspr was beyond amazing!🍗🇵🇷✨❤️‍🔥

last august they reached out to me asking if I’d be interested in participating in a marketing campaign after seeing one of my tik tok posts where i shared my love for their food. i was hesitant at first, it sounded too good to be true. but im so glad i took the chance on it!

the team was so welcoming and encouraged me every step of the way! they outdid themseleves with the accommodations, gifts, and genuine hospitality.

some might think it’s just a silly little chicken joint but for me this place holds so much nostalgia. Whenever we would go on family vacations to Puerto Rico my parents always made sure we stopped in the restaurant to share a meal with loved ones.
The time we lived on the island I remember us always going after a beach day, before a road trip, or just for a sweet treat. 😋

Getting to be a part of this project was so special! i never would have thought that one day I’d be in a commercial, let alone in my home country for all of my family members to see and be proud of. 😭🇵🇷🇵🇷

Muchísimas gracias por esta oportunidad! Jamás olvidaré mi tiempo con este tremendo equipo! Los quiero!

They were recognized in the North, Central America and the Caribbean’s 100 best coffee shops!

The owners story is incredibly inspiring and fun fact they are on the #dtmf tour with @badbunnypr 😍 imagine being his barista everyday! So fkn iconic!

These @rolochocolate pretzel bites are a hit at any holiday event! They are quick and easy too! ♥️

1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees fahrenheit 🔥
2. Layer your pretzels 🥨
3. Bake for about 3 min the chocolate should look shiny and easily press down when adding the m&m or nuts.
4. Add holiday @mmschocolate and nuts on top, press down lightly.
5. Allow the chocolate to cool before storing!
