🇫🇮 Päivän asu. Tänään ehdin vielä pyörähtää Stokkalla mutkan ennen kuin juna lähtee kotia kohti. Harmittavasti Uff:in liikkeissä oli juuri valikoiman uusiminen, eikä niiden aikataulut osuneet ollenkaan minun aikatauluihin, joten kirppistely rajoittui eiliseen Moody Monday-putiikkiin ja tänään tsekkaan Reloven tarjonnan pikaisesti 😅 Ehkä ensi keväänä pitäisi tulla Helsinkiin ihan vain omalla ajalla katselemaan ja ihmettelemään 🤷🏼‍♀️🙌🏻

🇫🇮 Kun mahdollisuus määmatkalle tarjoutuu, sehän otetaan 😅 Juna puksuttaa kohti Helsinkiä ja siellä päämääränä työhöni liittyvä kaksipäiväinen liiton tapahtuma.

Samalla on ajatus tsekata Helsingin second hand putiikkeja ja muutenkin nauttia syksyisestä Helsingistä 🍁

🇬🇧 Travelling to the capitol of Finland by train. Gonna spend a few days there in a work related conference and hit a few second hand shops on my free time.

I'll share my outfit inspo in the stories, but this is also a good fit for #stylemyoctobercloset challenge by @maggies.grace I think this is a fit that maybe older Carrie would wear (like the in the sequal, what's its name) and this is #layers maxxing as well 😅🫶🏻

• vaikka se on halpa, sitä ei ole pakko ostaa
• jos ostan jotain, luovun jostain entisestä (lahjoituksena tai kaverille)
• tarkoituksellista ostamista: tarvitsenko tämän, onko se tarpeeksi laadukas, hyväkuntoinen ja uniikki
• if it's a maybe, it's a no.

🇬🇧 My (new) rules for thrifting:
• mindful shopping
• if I buy something, I'll get rid of something else by donating it to charity or a friend
• just because something is cheap, it doesn't mean I have to get it
• if it's a maybe, it's a no.

Also, bring a friend. Make it fun. Take your time 🥰 Slow and idle wondering through the racks is the best part of thrifting.

Today I found some fun pieces I'll show you later. Also, the furry jacket was a recent thrift find, for 6 euros 👌🏻🧡

🇫🇮 Kampaamokäynti, teams ryhmätyötä, koirien kanssa lenkit ja tämän vapaapäivän aktiviteetit alkaa olla taputeltu 😅 Eilen treenattiin Piiskun kanssa hoopersia ja voi miten iloisia oltiin kumpikin, kun pitkästä aikaa päästiin treeneihin 🥰

Huomenna onkin jo lokakuu ja kai kohta saa alkaa virittelemään "kausivaloja" pihalle. Vielä on onneksi valoisaa muutenkin ja kauniita syyspäiviä on riittänyt 🍁 Kaulahuivi oli jo iltapäivästä ihan liikaa, mutta pitihän se nyt kuviin saada, kun se on niin kaunis 🧡👌🏻

🇬🇧 It's already the end of september 😳 Today it was so cold in the morning as I left for my hairdresser appointment and this afternoon I was sweating bullets with this outfit 😁 But it was cute 'though.

The #ootd is all second hand except for the cozy pant which is a favorite of mine when doing nothing at home. And that's exactly what I'm planning to do next! 😅

🇫🇮 Haaparanta ja Ikea check. Lähdettiin hakemaan uutta peiliä, kun suunnitelmissa on vähän tuunata uusiksi olkkaria. Mielenkiinnolla odotan tapetointiurakkaa 😅 Vaikka kyseessä ei ole iso alue, pelkkä ajatuskin hirvittää etukäteen 🫠 Kuvia lopputuloksesta ehkä ensi viikolla.

🇫🇮 Kävin tsekkaamassa Huomisen vaatekaappi näyttelyn Oulun taidemuseossa. Esillä oli avant gardea, 3D tulostettuja vaatteita, uusiomateriaalista tehtyjä vaatteita ja asusteita. Ihania värejä, materiaaleja, mielikuvituksellisia muotoja. Mielenkiintoinen ja inspiroiva näyttely.

🇬🇧 I went to see an art show called Tomorrow's wardrobe. It was avantgarde, futuristic and interesting with vivid colors, fascinating shapes and lots of different materials. Very interesting and inspiring 😊

🇬🇧 I feel like in my forties I get to be the woman I always wanted be. I loved style. I idolized Anita Pallenberg, Marianne Faithfull, Nico, Jane Birkin. I read Vogue and all the fashion mags. I dreamed big, but didn't have the courage to stand out.

Now I just wear what I want. Things that bring me joy. Things that would make teenage-me very happy 😅🥰 My outfit inspo for this look was Molly Ringwald meats Diane Keaton and add some twee indie sleaze into the mix. 99% of this outfit is bought second hand. The bag is vintage. The skirt is finnish design by @aarrelabel

This is the final week of @vintage_aimee and @prelovedlotta #vintageaimeenobuy challenge. I hope we'll have some fun fashion challenge for next month as well. If you know any, let me know too 😁👌🏻🙏🏻

🇫🇮 Vitikkamäen luontopolku edelleen yhtä hieno ja yhtä vaikeakulkuinen kuin ennenkin 😁😅 Hyvin jaksoi meidän mummokoira menossa mukana, välillä pysähdellen sopivalle mustikkamättäälle tauolle 💜 Isot tytöt olivat selkeesti meno päällä ja missiota suorittamassa - projekti "viedään nämä ihmiset pois täältä metsästä" 😄 Sää suosi, ei eksytty kertaakaan, eikä juuri muita ihmisiä näkynyt, eli onnistunut reissu 🙏🏻🫡
