Originally I wasn’t going to post anything about 2024, I’ve been MIA the whole year and didn’t feel like posting but in these past few days as we have welcomed 2025 The Holy Spirit led me to post a little something to honour the year that I have had. I’ve met some amazing people, traveled and have lived answered prayers. I got baptised. turned another year older, got a degree (First class Honours babe 🤭💅🏾👩🏾‍🎓) Toured for the first time, got closer to Christ and understood my purpose in him and grown in ways that I cannot even explain. This year was a year of PRUNING. it was a year where God called me to elevation.. but that took him having to refine me and show me all of my mess. In order for me to grow in him so many things had to go.
He had to renew my mind and get me to let go of all the limiting beliefs and fear the enemy tried to keep me enslaved to. (THE DEVIL IS A LIAR!) Jesus needed me to surrender to him. To yield and give up trying to have control over things I simply cannot control. And now all I want is His will. His way. Because it’s the best way!
God is real and he is good!
I welcome 2025 in confidence that he’s got me. That I’m safe in him. He is trustworthy. He is Holy. He is good. He is the definition of Love. He is peace. Why am I worrying when I’m a child of the most high. I’m the daughter of a King. 2025 for me is having the confidence to wear the crow that Jesus placed on my head. I took it off because I disqualified myself and the enemy did a good job muzzling me but that’s dead and 2 Timothy 1:7!!!!!!!!

‭‭Jesus wasn’t timid, he spoke with authority and he had presence! To my fellow believers. Let’s step out with chest this year abeg!

I thank God for the strength he continues to give me and I’m going to keep unapologetically posting about him all the days of my life!!!!!!

As 2023 comes to a close I’m in a reflective space and there’s so much I’ve learned and been through but honestly giving my life properly to Christ has been the best decision I’ve ever made. This walk has been full of trials but knowing that God has blessed me with amazing people in my life and beautiful opportunities for the year to come I can only say that it’s through his grace, mercy and glory that I am here today and excited for wherever he wants to take me. 🥰❤️ Time to high key ghost insta again ….. (if you see me back on mind your business g, love😂)

Thanking God for the opportunity I got to perform at @breakinconvention with @boyblueent 💙🥹 for this to be my first big performance opportunity with this amazing company is beyond me. Love all my BB family big time!!

April was a very busy month for me. Going from rehearsal to rehearsal, completing my essay and presentation for uni and finishing second year assessments with our DCP show and then to do Breakin’ Concention all within the same week was mad but I welcome this next and more calmer season of my life with gratitude and strength.
2023 for me is my focus year.
My self-nurturing year and my HENJOYMENT year.
So best believe I shook a leg or two at the after party.
