YALL hear me out ⬇️

SKIPPING the scheduled tour was the best thing we could’ve done!!! 🫢👀

Don’t get me wrong, I love a good tour, but boy would we have missed out in the Yukon. We hit all the big spots while also having the flexibility and spontaneity to pull over cause a place “looked cool” or we just felt like hiking. ⛰️🚙

When you have a limited amount of time somewhere, booking a tour CAN be a great option to hit the highlights. BUT don’t let that be your immediate response. Do a little research…the best option will depend on your priorities and the destination but don’t rule out just renting a car and GOING🗺️

Anyone recognize it??…

Arenal Volcano🌋 STILL active and until 2010 was Costa Rica’s MOST active volcano, currently in a resting phase.

Driving between Arenal/La Fortuna to Tamarindo, this was our view! This area is fantastic for adventurers with lots of hiking, zip lining, ATVing, and more, then you can finish the day in the volcanic hot springs.💦✨ Fell in love with Costa Rica — La Fortuna and Arenal Volcano were definitely highlights! 🤩

How I did Vegas for the weekend!! ✨✈️

Caught a red eye on Spirit for a quick trip (and my first time!) to Vegas back in December🎉 I left Friday and came back Monday night (took an hour nap and went straight to the office Tuesday morning😂)
Some highlights:
- the Sphere🤩
- exploring the larger than life hotels along the strip✨
- saw Toby Keith play (this was on 12/9. His last weekend of shows before he passed away. A country icon with a huge legacy🤍)
- Bellagio fountains⛲️ and incredible Christmas display made entirely of roses🌹

Squeeze in weekend trips when you can!! This trip was a blast and a great first-time in Vegas. I got to see and do so much in just one weekend! Using your weekends or long weekends is a MUST when working full-time and also loving to travel!

Are you guilty of this?? 🤦🏼‍♀️😬

I know I am. 🙋🏼‍♀️It’s so easy to get fixated on where you’re going next that you forget to look around you. You are at a unique place right now. 📍🌎 Right this very second. Rediscover where you are.
Life has different seasons and don’t forget to explore where you are in this season!! Especially working full-time, for me it’s so important and HELPFUL when I reframe my thinking, to get outside and explore somewhere new in my city🤍

What does it mean to ROMANTICIZE your life?…
✨🪷🦋🌈💜✨

BE PRESENT in the moment.
EMBRACE and make the most of even the most mundane activities.
SEE THE BEAUTY of the place and time you’re in.

Your mindset can make the most insignificant moments into beautiful ones. Put your self in the path of beauty. Chase those sunsets, smell the roses, take it ALL in.

🌼🦋🌤️💗

✨SURREAL…Can you guess where this is??

Riding a camel into the Sahara Desert to our camp for the night was one of the most incredible experiences. 🐪 Surrounded by endless dunes and desert that stretches for miles…you’ll never see more clear stars in the night sky than in the middle of the Sahara desert in Morocco 🌌

The number of times my new friends and I referenced Aladdin🧞‍♂️😂

From rain forest to mountains to the Sahara desert…MOROCCO has it all🇲🇦

❤️‍🩹Your soul needs this…

Maybe we work a 9-5 and we can’t take weeks or months off to travel the world. Maybe that’s not our path rn. And there’s NOTHING wrong with that!! Use your weekends!!!👏

🛑Don’t discount a quick road trip or short flight. You can STILL explore new places. Not every trip has to be across the world to be a wonderful one! It is OKAY if your current chapter has you in one place. The beautiful thing is you get to explore that place you’re in! 🥾🧭

Maybe it means going to a different area of your city, maybe it means going to another city, maybe it means going to a nearby state! Use your weekends. Use those company holidays. You can still love to travel and love to experience new places and DO THAT🤩💜

This was a weekend trip to visit my bestie in VA. We packed so much fun into one weekend and I got to explore a city that I’d never been to! ✨🫶

✨this is so important!!!

Especially with social media, comparison is so easy to fall into.

Everyone has a different story, we all have a different path…the EXCITING thing here is you get to write yours. Maybe you didn’t get to write it early on but how you move forward is up to you! It’s never too late…The world is yours, explore it, and make your path and celebrate your journey🩵🌏

Maybe you’re like me and figuring out your path slowly but surely. And that’s okay, welcome to the club!! 😊

Last clip is so special ✨

Bastille Day in Paris…and on accident?? We had no idea the treat we were in for. The parade, the fireworks, the celebration…

So many moments turned core memories…the joy these bring!💗It all started with a Yes. What’s holding you back from your yes? How can you change that?
