Sophistication is the effort and time you devote to details.

The error that becomes magnificence.
The failure that turns into grace.
The dust transformed into form and depth.

It is the way you take each step,
becoming present enough to witness yourself through the process.

And the patience that turns thoughts into reality.

To dissolve a corner is to remove the point at which the gaze comes to a stop.

Where walls meet, arches unfold, allowing space to extend beyond its own boundaries, as though it were becoming infinite.

Throughout the house, perspective is treated as a material. Layered planes, framed openings and depth invite first the eye, then the body, to move further.

It is not only the eye that perceives the space; the body feels it, and the senses are awakened by the way the space is shaped.

Architecture is no longer something we merely observe.
It is traversed, felt and lived.

Depth expands space.
Dissolved angles expand perception.

An architecture that engages the senses and allows them to unfold.

Come inside a house shaped by the wind.
What if walls could let the wind through?
Letting it come and play, blurring the boundaries between inside and out.

Casa Ooa •

Like a vertical shrine reaching toward the light, Casa Ooa unfolds through a sequence of terraces, shadows, and gardens.
At its heart, a revealed stone anchors the structure to the earth, while the architecture rises through the canopy.
Within its walls, a cacao atelier gives life to handcrafted truffles, transforming ancestral beans into small moments of nourishment and joy.
Above, living studios are suspended between jungle and sky, offering a space for creation, contemplation, and slow living.
A dialogue between gravity and elevation, matter and spirit.
Rooted in the earth, open to the sky.

A private residence conceived as the continuation of the larger masterplan Awa •

Here, architecture receives nature with such fluidity that it becomes part of the Earth itself.

The house is a cascade.
Water flows through the architecture as through a living mountain.

Brutalism in the jungle.

Nature as the blueprint,
Where water draws the land

Master planed in 2023,
25 hectares in Tambor, Costa Rica

There are places that are not designed.
They are just revealed.

In the heart of the Costa Rican jungle, this future eco-village emerged by listening to the invisible geometry of water and earth. Rivers, mangroves, and natural contours became the first architects, tracing the lines along which life wished to unfold.

The master plan follows the logic of roots, coral reefs, and branching deltas.
A living network where architecture settles gently within the forest, as if it had always belonged there.

Water is the guiding force.

It carves the land, feeds the soil, reflects the sky, and connects each dwelling through pools, lagoons, waterfalls, and sacred basins. The project is conceived as a fluid ecosystem where every path follows the natural intelligence of the territory.

Raw concrete, stone, and vegetation come together in a neo-brutalist language softened by the jungle. Circular sanctuaries inspired by ancestral hydraulics rise like quiet observatories, offering spaces for contemplation, gathering, and communion with the elements.

This is not a development imposed on nature.
It is an extension of the landscape itself.

A place where architecture disappears into the forest.
Where water writes the plan.
Where earth determines the form.
Where human presence becomes a respectful gesture within a greater living system.

A village shaped by the movement of water.

Elemental is a contemporary temple open to the desert.
A breathing architecture shaped by light, wind and proportion.
Its colonnades create a rhythmic sequence that frames the horizon.
Sunlight moves across the earthen walls, revealing time and material.
Wind circulates freely through the space.
Fire anchors the heart of the house.
Stone, earth and linen invite stillness and contemplation.
Inside and outside merge into one continuous landscape.
A sanctuary designed to reconnect us with nature.
Where architecture becomes an instrument of contemplation.

Cuatro Rumbos •

With its ancestral cross-shaped form and open arms reaching toward the four directions,
it invites a life in balance. This house is a bridge between human beings and nature.

The structure rises as an extension of the central tree,
the living and symbolic heart of the project.
Nature is not only around the house,
but also at its core,
as foundation and source of meaning.

Its wooden elements reach outward,
making space for life to unfold:
for monkeys to climb and play,
for birds to build their nests.

Here, architecture becomes refuge,
a living ecosystem,
a meeting point between the human, the vegetal and the animal world,
a living offering to the Earth.

雨の音 —- Ame no Oto •
(𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘴𝘰𝘶𝘯𝘥 𝘰𝘧 𝘳𝘢𝘪𝘯)
does not describe rain itself,
but what emerges when rain touches the world.

It is not water.
It is the encounter —-
the drop on stone,
the mist on wood,
the silence between two sounds.

On Yakushima, rain is omnipresent.
It is not an event.
It is a rhythm.

Rain shapes the landscape —-
the forest, the millenary cedar trees, the Yakusugi,
and the way humans inhabit space.

At the heart of the project, a stone stands in stillness.

A quiet presence, echoing the sacred stones of Shinto shrines, the jinja, where stone holds memory,
and becomes a bridge between nature, spirit, and time.

This stone anchors the project.
It carries the memory of Japanese heritage,
and grounds the architecture in reverence and continuity.

Ame no Oto • does not seek to stand out. It seeks to disappear into the landscape, allowing rain, silence and presence to become the true architecture.

Rooted lightly among the cedars, the architecture listens.

Rain becomes sound.
Sound becomes rhythm.
Rhythm becomes space.
