Of course! Eat more steak!! #carnivore #keto #weightloss #healing #dinner by @_eric_hatfield

Trying to peel the perfect egg. I got a lot of tips from viewers and I’m going to go through them all. First one is tapping to release the membrane. #carnivore #keto #dinner #egg #weightloss by @_eric_hatfield

I’m not scared of raw ground beef as long as it is from a reputable source. This one happens to be right here in Iowa. #carnivore #keto #healing #dinner #steak by @_eric_hatfield

Are you a fan of Ranch dressing? I’m really not sure where the ranch obsession came from, but it did not come from me. And if you are in the Ranch Religion, go ahead and blast me in the comments. I’ve heard it all before, there is no way you can say anything I haven’t heard yet. #carnivore #keto #healing #weightloss #ranchdressing by @_eric_hatfield

These are just while traveling. I’m also good at cooking at home and staying in the lines while coloring. #Carnivore #keto #travel #healing #dinner by @_eric_hatfield

Is it just me, or are carnivores so friendly when discussing eating styles and habits. I’ve fortunately not run into any issues with being able to speak freely. I know other groups attack anyone and everyone that doesn’t eat like them (you know who you are) and you can just stay over there. I’m happy right where I’m at. #carnivore #keto #weightloss #healing #travel by @_eric_hatfield

Always trying new things to keep my taste buds happy. This Espresso Flake Sea Salt for Salty Provisions definitely adds some Zip to the steak. Adding a dark chocolate taste to the steak is better than adding black pepper for me. I have tried no a number of things, but steak and pork are my favorite so far. If you want to try it on your next meal, use my discount code at check out. “ERIC10” you won’t be disappointed. #carnivore #keto #dinner #steak by @_eric_hatfield

No joke! If we could do this in real life how much better would the world be! I mean, sure we can drive the store and buy one and pull it out the fridge and out on the plate, but sometimes it’s just magical to snap your fingers. #carnivore #keto #weightloss #dinner #steak by @_eric_hatfield

Grounding is an underrated way to regulate your body, reducing stress and creating a calming effect that you just can’t simulate. It’s simple and free. When is the last time you actually grounded? #carnivore #weightloss #healing #travel #hawaii by @_eric_hatfield

Vacation in Hawaii, I will definitely be eating my protein with this steak and shrimp combo. Perfectly cooked just as I requested. This placed nailed it and helped me stay on track with my goals. Would you eat this in Hawaii? #carnivore #keto #weightloss #travel #hawaii by @_eric_hatfield

Was fortunate enough to visit some of the greatest people on earth, and just so happens they live in Hawaii. So this was not only a trip of self care, but to connect with two of my favorite people. #carnivore #healing #travel #sun #hawaii by @_eric_hatfield
