UiTM Ultra Vol. 8 – 104KM (Road)First ever 100km ultra road ✅First ultra comeback selepas trail ultra 2022 ✅Honestly, race ni tak ada dalam plan langsung. Plan asal nak run Langka Luang Doi Mod Trail bulan ni, tapi end up pergi Chiang Mai jadi family vacation dengan 3 orang anak angkat (Alan, Jenyi & Acap 🤣). Lepas balik, tiba-tiba rasa nak try @uitmultra sebab tak pernah buat road 100km, last road ultra pun 2018 kot? So alang-alang, nak test mental game masih valid ke tak. 🤪Contact RD @zuddin101 last minute, alhamdulillah din tolong arrange. Dapatla bib 10001. cantik pulek nombor ek. UiTM Ultra ni sis pernah join 2 edition sebelum ni, tapi tak ada Canselori Hill. So this year first time merasa loop tambahan. Loop game ni memang game mental, kuat mental, kuatlah habis. Tapi pls listen to your body, kalau rasa tak okay, stop.Settle 50KM, body masih solid. Tapi kuku jari kaki buat hal detached + blister, jari bengkak. Terus tukar ke @ysandalmsia . Lepas tukar, terus selesa & boleh run balik. Nyesal pulak tak pakai dari awal.Masuk 65KM, mata mula kelabu, zombie mode, tinggal 4 loop terakhir, decide ambil power nap ±15 min sebab kalau paksa jalan confirm masuk longkang. Bangun telan @scienceinsportmalaysia PowerGel caffeine, terus function balik. Lepas tu terus habiskan baki loop, siap boleh slow jog ke finish.Alhamdulillah finish 18 jam 48 minit, 8th place women open 🏁Special shoutout & appreciation ❤️Paling function husbandkur @badrlmien . Dia tak race, tapi ultra jugak sebab 24 jam baba mode 🫶🏻 Terima kasih izinkan join race & jadi support crew, hulur salt stick, food, siap massage gun. OFFICIALLY A CULTRARIAN. 🏔️❤️Part 1 (Slide gamabr kalau nak baca caption bebelanku)CULTRA ni memang ada sentimental value untuk aku. Tahun 2019, dekat sinilah aku dapat DNF pertama dan satu-satunya DNF aku dh la masetu yg pickup aku DNF kt CP uturn tahun tu is Kak Hana hahaha. Masa tu sebab knee injury strong jgk la aku ngensot dgn lutut jammed dari CP Boh sampai ke Uturn. Jadi tahun ni aku datang balik dengan niat nak “revenge”… tapi preparation? Hmm kelaut langsung tak ikut tagline Cultra langsung. Mule mcm nak DNS lepastu fikir xboleh la dah la dapat slot ni pun dengan bantuan orang, nak xnak support jgk event Kak Hana n Team Bolt anniversary yg ke 10 tahun. Sekali aku decide resign bulan 6 sebab kene pindah Terengganu yes saya jadi Ganu kite, xde planning nak kerja time ni konon bulan 7 nak all out training, lahh Allah nak bagi rezeki dapat offer kerja baru dekat Terengganu, dah tgh dalam probation lagi ni mane maunye nak training cari EG sbb kt ganu ni xsama mcm kt KL malam2 ko blh lari sana sini ko kene lari weekend la xpun petang2 lari kalau malam2 udoh kene usha pelik je kt kampung aku ni. Jadi bekalan mileage aku hanyalah event trail lain which is Batangsi 75KM & Muallim 50KM je jadi “training” aku. Jadi lah ek dari takde langsung.Cont…Part 2Kekangan aku sekarang ni sebab ada anak yang masih perlu attention, tambah pula ada anak bertuah ni sejenis clingy manja boy, sampai Cameron pun x bagi bonda relax kejap, sampai Cameron pun tak sempat rehat. Anak aku xsama dgn anak ko jangan nak compare ek. Ha haaa 😆Flag off 2pagi ko kul 12 dah bangun, anak ko decide nak tidur kul 1030mlm slalu tidur awal time Bonda nk lomba la dia buat pe’el. Mmg xcukup tidur la mak ko, hahah. Pastu pagi tu aku dah xsedap perut dah, mmg bangun kul 12 perut pulak dah buat hal. Ingat morning call biasa, so tenang jela tgh jalan ke start line meragam lagi ye perutku. Aku dh rasa ni bukan biase2 ni hahah. Mampus aku dari CP pertama dah ulang-alik toilet. Nak makan semua xde mood dah. Aku layan jela climb kt Brinchang masa tu memang tertrobekk la kenangan DNF tahun 2019 masetu baru belas2 KM je. Xkan la Dnf lagi. Siap text Badrul suruh standby jela kalau aku nak DNF ada by @_erinaziz

TMBU 75KM - Done & Roasted 🔥🧕🏿Konon nak buat content reels hello whatsapp gaisekk, tapi panas dia lain maciam guys. Givap sis nak berkarya hahaha. Sampai ada satu masa rasa macam nak kerat bib.Apa pun, Alhamdulillah bebel2 pun settle gok 80KM (overdistance)Race report takde la guys sebab saya bukang athlete masuk event pun sebab event ni laa saya buat training. Bukan race mode wkwkwk! nyep 👀 Apepun kasut Topo MTN racer function terox ye tang downhill tgk geng2 50km sliding2 main gelongsor, saya gak steady downhill sambil senyum2 sempat la orang tanya pakai kasut ape bhahaha. Kasut tak melekat2 pun tanah merah. Mmg pakai dekat trail indo onz trail sini pun onz! 🫦Untuk yang tanya best ke event ni? Sejujurnya event ni best sebab 90% trail 10% road, good for training untuk upcoming ultra races. The EG and distance xmenggali tanah lagi. Utk beginner boleh cuba 25km, untuk debut ultra 50km sangat sesuai event ni. Yang nak debut 100km boleh masuk event ni tahun depan sebab distance dia sedang elok untuk train mental n fizikal.
