Sometimes the hardest battles are the ones nobody sees. The silent tears, the sleepless nights, the moments when you have to encourage yourself because nobody knows how much you’re carrying.

But let me remind you of something: YOUR DARKNESS IS NOT YOUR DESTINY.

You can be broken and still be beautiful. You can be tired and still be strong. You can lose your way and still find your purpose. And you can walk through a season that almost destroys you and come out of it with a strength you never knew you had.

Healing isn’t always pretty. Growth isn’t always comfortable. And sometimes, becoming the person you’re meant to be requires letting go of the person you used to be.

Don’t allow what hurt you to define you. Don’t let disappointment steal your hope. Don’t confuse this difficult chapter with the end of your story.

Life hasn’t always been kind to me. I’ve experienced heartbreak, betrayal, disappointment, and moments that changed me in ways I never expected. And if I’m being completely honest, I haven’t always been kind to everyone either. I’ve made mistakes, I’ve hurt people, and I’ve had moments I’m not proud of.

But every experience, every heartbreak, every lesson, and every hard season has molded me into the woman I am today.
There is literally one person on this earth who will tell you I’m a bad person—and the majority of you probably know exactly who I’m talking about. 😂 And honestly, I’ve made peace with that.

Because the people who truly know me know my heart. They know the way I show up, the way I care, the way I give, the way I love, and the way I will go to war for the people who matter to me.

I’m not perfect. I never claimed to be. But I’m authentic. I’m intentional. I’m still growing. And I’m proud of the woman I’ve fought to become.

So if you’ve only heard about me, you may have an opinion.
But if you’ve actually experienced me, then you already know…

2025 taught me so much! The lessons were hard. The reality was harder! BUT GOD held me and on the other side of it all I’m truly grateful for the opportunities and strength he’s blessed me with. I have a different perspective! I understand the power I hold and that that power may be more than some deserve or can handle. Embracing this birthday with the understanding that I was chosen!
