James 1:12 “Blessed is the one who perseveres under trial because, having stood the test, that person will receive the crown of life that the Lord has promised.”

Getting to this point has been nothing short of a challenge.

August 2019, I started out in a new major after having to change my Pre-Nursing track due to losing my conditional acceptance at the turn of one course. I felt defeated and unsure of my next steps.

Despite how I felt, God reminded me He was in control, ordaining my steps into many different roles, showing me that His plan was above all. I was able to receive my first degree from thee great Coppin State University in 2021.

August 2022, I found myself wondering the halls of University of MD, Baltimore embarking on another journey to reach the profession of Nursing, praying this was my time. Throughout my two years in this program, I learned, laughed, cried, prayed, found my tribe, and cried again.

May 2024, God said I have completed my task and I shall see the fruits of my labor. To Him, I say thank you. 🎓♥️
