Sometimes healing doesn’t look beautiful.
Sometimes it looks like disappearing for a while… staying quiet… smiling in front of everyone while silently carrying storms inside your heart.
There was a phase recently where everything felt heavy, almost colourless. Days were passing, responsibilities were piling up, and somewhere between reality and exhaustion, I slowly started losing pieces of myself. I kept showing up, doing what was expected, finishing what life demanded — but inside, I was just trying to breathe through it all.
I didn’t handle everything well… I simply survived it.
