A reminder for the person carrying something they were supposed to hand over to God. 🤍

Your words are never “just words.” 🤍

The Bible reminds us over and over that what we speak matters. Our words can give life, cause damage, reveal what’s in our hearts, encourage someone, or tear them down.

And sometimes the words we need to be most careful with are the ones we’ve gotten comfortable saying.

1. Life and death are in the tongue — Proverbs 18:21
2. Your words reveal what’s in your heart — Matthew 12:34
3. Speak what builds others up — Ephesians 4:29
4. A gentle answer can turn away anger — Proverbs 15:1
5. Words can wound or bring healing — Proverbs 12:18
6. Wisdom knows when to be quiet — Proverbs 17:27-28
7. A small tongue can cause great damage — James 3:5-6
8. Don’t praise God and tear people down with the same mouth — James 3:9-10
9. We’ll give an account for careless words — Matthew 12:36

Before you speak it, ask yourself: Does this give life or take it away?

Save this for the days you need a reminder to guard your words. 🤍

Kids slow you down in a world that rewards speed. They remind you to notice, to pause, to be present. And maybe that’s the lesson…

…never forget the point. 🤍❄️ #iloveyou

It’s not the beaches or the views that leave the biggest mark.

It’s the people. Jamaica’s real treasures walk, speak, and live with a spirit that stays with you forever.

30 years around the sun today! #happy30th

Welcome to Jamaica on a Sunday! 🏝️

Places I went this day:

Itinerary and host by @totalbodyreset_

That morning woke up and headed to the beach for yoga and a quick workout. That alone was amazing! Then headed to YS Falls after! When I tell you all fear left my body this day, I mean it. Anything you could climb, jump off of, swing off of, hike.. I was all for it! And let me tell you, my body snatched into place in Jamaica! Must have been the fruit… must have been the detox! 😍

Disclaimer: I need to put on some weight because that river current had me floating away like a leaf! 🤣

Today is my 30th birthday and why not leave my 20s with a day I felt like I had the most fun, most like myself! So why not make that today’s post? Cheers to my 30s, I’ve been excited and ready for you!
