The end of a beginning 🎓✨One chapter of my life has come to an end (Mgr. & MBA) and another is just starting (Ph.D. & PhDr.) ->Looking back, I am beyond grateful for my family and my closest friends, whose unwavering support, encouragement, and belief in me gave me the strength to keep going and finish this journey with a smile on my face (and with a red diploma hihi) ily all🫶🏻.A special thanks to my mom — the ultimate boss woman and one of my greatest inspirations. Watching her continuously grow, learn, and push herself to be better has taught me that ambition is not about reaching a destination, but about never stopping the pursuit of growth.& I feel incredibly lucky to be surrounded by so many strong, intelligent, and ambitious women!!! Started as a 4-year-old swimmer in one of Prague’s swimming clubs, chasing lanes and lap times for over a decade. Training two times per day wasn’t easy but I built some discipline which I appreciate today. By 15, I had to walk away — not because I couldn’t continue, but because life, high school, and passion stopped aligning.I found myself in the gym instead… and stayed there for 9 years (I mean I still go to gym, but not so often as I did before). It became my world. I became a personal coach. At one point, I barely stepped outside of it. But over time, even something you love can start to feel routine.So I paused. Took a step back. And went looking for something that would challenge me in a different way.That’s when Pilates found me…At first, I doubted it — how could something so slow and controlled build a strong, feminine, lean body? Turns out… I was completely wrong. Now it’s part of my weekly routine, something I genuinely enjoy, whether at home or in the studio (usually with my friend @kasembe.e who introduced me to it 🤍 Thank you dear!) -> also trying lagree & barre atmRecently, life brought me back to something I once loved — running.Have I really reached my full potential?If you know me, you already know the answer for me was no…So I started running again. At first, just to see where I’m at… and to keep up with my bf’s trainings sometimes. But then — it clicked again. Found motivation among the many runners I have around me. Now I run 3x a week, and I’m starting to wonder where this could take me. Funny thing is, I told myself I wouldn’t race. Just run for health, for fun… And now? I’m thinking about signing up for a 5K… or maybe even a 10K in September. That’s kind of my story in a nutshell:don’t quit, stay curious, keep evolving, support the people around you — and always chase your next level.So… what do you think?10K… or will this continue with a half marathon or something else? 👀 (maybe hyrox doubles) by @_firstovadn_
