Only double lines I’m crossing is dollar signs this year, I’m so ready to create like I literally want to eat breathe sleep designing. This project I’ve been putting off for far too long. Taken on a full time job while working out the logistics of running, owning, starting a business is no punk. I want to quit everyday, but I know God didn’t bring me this far for nothing🧿🙏🏿💫 by @_flowersaredope

Have you stopped and smelled the flowers lately?
Not just literally.
Have you stopped long enough to appreciate how far you’ve come?

I like to think people are a lot like flowers.
We all start as seeds.🌱
We grow roots before anyone sees the progress.
We weather storms.
We bloom in different seasons.
And eventually, we leave behind something beautiful for others.💐
The beauty of life isn’t just in the destination📍it’s in who you become along the way

As we enter a new month, take a moment to slow down, breathe deeply, and celebrate your growth. Even if you’re not where you want to be yet, you’re not who you used to be.

✨This month, be gentle with yourself.
Water yourself.
Give yourself sunlight.
Trust your season.

Lately, I’ve been learning that mental health isn’t always loud.

Sometimes it looks like:
slowing down,
getting more sleep,
setting boundaries,
learning how to regulate your nervous system,
taking care of your body,
and rebuilding your life with more intention. 💐🫶🏿🙏🏿

For a long time, I thought I had to push through everything. Now I’m learning that rest, healing, support, and self-awareness are strengths too.

I want to start sharing more of my wellness and healing journey on here — not from a place of perfection, but from a place of honesty, growth, and becoming. As the month of May ends I recommend you begin to checkin with yourself a little more, I wish I had of started sooner.

If you’re in a season of rebuilding too, you’re not alone. 💙💚🩵🩷💜🏁 #mentalhealthawarenessmonth by @_flowersaredope
