The most beautiful and surreal experience in my life. I was speechless at the beauty of flying and the beauty of Rio. Out of all the people I could have done this with, lam so glad that got to experience this with Tami, who is just as crazy as I am, and who taught me to never be afraid. @tami_millena And a big thank you to my pilot who made me feel so safe. 🫶🏼 @vemvoarno_rio #riodejaneiro #brazil by @_francesccaa

This season I learned that it’s not about the fastest time, and it’s not about what you’re ranked. It’s about the hard work you put in every single day. It’s about the friendships you make along the way. It’s about being your best version every single day, inside and out. I want to say thank you to these beautiful people for making my outdoor season and my time at Wichita such an amazing time. I definitely could not have made it through without you all, and the laughter and joy you bring to me everyday. Conference was not my best day, but it was an amazing season. Regardless, I proved to myself how amazing I can be, and broke barriers I never thought I could break. This just helps me prove that I can achieve anything I want. And I am coming for everything I’ve promised myself. by @_francesccaa

I want to start off with thanking God for this season. I came in with big hopes and dreams. And just when I thought they weren’t possible, God showed me they were. He taught me, once again, to believe in myself. Because I work just as hard and am just as worthy as every runner out there on the field. To my girls, I couldn’t have done this season without you all. Thank you for all the laughs, for pushing me when I couldn’t, and for dealing with all my pre race hugs and nervous. If I got asked right now if I would go back and choose triple jump, I would confidently say no. God had a plan for me, and I would not have met my coaches, friends, and teammates if I chose something else. Running saved me once, and it continues to do so today. Outdoor season, I promise to give you my all.🤞🏼🖤🌾💛 by @_francesccaa
